Love Debut Mebemichelleyy 24060K 2023-11-02

This has probably been one of the hardest days of training yet. The coaching was becoming ridculously fast paced out of nowhere, and I couldn't tell why. I'm a bit different from other girls around here. I'm thicker, persay. Normally, girls in Korea are supposed to be twig skinny, because it was basically the trend. I wasn't fat, but I also wasn't the thinnest. I had a sexy, curvy figure, but those kinds of things are only attractive in America, not here.

I've been told I have a face of gold, however. My mom would always tell me that if I lost just a bit more weight and became a skeleton like the rest of these girls, I could really debut. But I don't need to lose weight to showcase my talent.  "Michelle! Michelle!" A voice suddenly called, interrupting my train of thought.I dumbly turned my head towards the noise as I attempted to identify who it was. Unsurprisingly, one of the girls from my classes was running towards me, waving her hand frantically in the air. Once she finally managed to slow down, I watched with wide eyes as she panted heavily. Lifting her head in excitement, Soojung finally squealed, "You know the show Mix and Match?""Yes?" I replied, still confused. "The boys that are competing are coming to coach us! They're going to be our teachers!" Soojung giggled madly as she held her hands to her mouth, unable to contain herself. "Really?" I spoke, astonished. It was amazing they even had time to do that, but it was a great opportunity nonetheless. I couldn't help but feel slightly excited.

Soojung noticed this and spoke up suddenly, "You should try to date one of them!"My fingers twitched, nearly slapping her around by instinct. She was so childish, I couldn't handle her at times. "Mworago?" I replied with a confused voice. "You're insane. This isn't a movie, we're all here for business. Don't get so caught up in the fact that they're close to debuting." "Yeah, yeah. Well I'm going to try anyway." Soojung responded with a light-hearted grin. "They're on their way to our class right now!" My eyes immediately widened once I understood what she was saying. Our class? Right now? As in at this moment? This was ridiculous..How could no one have known they were coming today? "Aishh.." I mumbled to myself in frustration as I fumbled to get my things together. "I have my stuff all over the floor, now I have to move it." Then, just as my foot kicked over the last bit of my things, gasps and squeals erupted from in front of me, filling the entire room with fangirl feels. I couldn't believe they had come so quickly. Brimming with annoyance, I slowly lifted my head up and stared at the group of boys who were walking right in front of me. They were heading towards my direction; most likely because I was in the very front of the room. Not wasting any more time, I swiftly walked over to the sidelines, viewing the famous boys as they turned to look at everyone. "Good morning, everyone!" A soft looking boy with a mole under his eye spoke cheerily. "I'm Jinhwan. We're contestants on Mix and Match, and it'll just be a couple weeks or months of us being your teachers.""We're here to teach you some choreography and tone up your singing." Hanbin added. Everyone nodded understandingly as they walked towards the center of the room, me following as well. I assumed we were doing choreography first, since the boys were beginning to get into some sort of stance. "We'll start slow, but it's going to get really fast-paced towards the middle of the lesson, alright?" Bobby spoke with a friendly smile as he fixed himself into a stance. For some reason, I was beginning to get slightly nervous. It wasn't like me to get like this, but I wasn't a dancer. I was a singer. These guys were some of the best dancers I've seen in a while, and I wasn't going to embarrass myself. "5, 6, 7, 8." Hanbin began.  ~~~~  "That was a little tough, but I'm sure most of you will get it." Donghyuk laughed as everyone tiredly dragged themselves off the dance floor. I was sure that nobody could have memorized that dance in such a short amount of time. What kind of teacher just dances the whole thing without giving any pointers? That wasn't even a lesson. More annoyed thoughts raced through my head as I placed my things into my duffel bag, attempting to calm myself by breathing slower. And, just as I was nearly finished with packing up, a sudden voice called over to me, "You, what's your name." I slowly looked up with a cocked eyebrow as I stared in confusion. Junhoe, one of the main members was talking to me. But that was such an informal way of speaking, who did he think he was talking to? "Michelle." I replied bluntly, deciding not to give him much respect either. "What were you doing back there? That was way below average." He spoke with narrowed eyes, unscrewing a bottle of water. The entire room seemed to go silent as he said this, a tense atmosphere wrapping around everyone who was standing. Eyes burned against my back as I stood motionless, still trying to process what he was saying. Did he just...Insult me in front of everyone?He..Embarrassed me.. "Ah..Michelle, let's go." Soojung finally broke the silence as she hurriedly walked over to me, pulling on my arm. "You just need a break, that's all." "I doubt a break would even help." Junhoe scoffed as he took another sip of his water."Yah, Junhoe-ah." Jinhwan suddenly spoke up, trying to silence him as he took a step closer. And in those few seconds, I did something that no one...Not even I expected. My hand immediately reached for my bottle of water, and I marched over towards Junhoe bluntly, throwing the liquid in his face.  ~~~

I'm sorry it was short! I promise the next one will be much longer. I just wanted to see what kind of feel you guys had with this kind of theme. Let me know in the comments, please
