Kris didn't feel like doing anything after waking up.So he lazed around in bed, but thinking that he should at least do something, he set out for a walk. The weather in Korea is nice.Breathing in the cold morning air, Kris tucked his hands deep into the pocket of his coat.Kris yawned as he continued to walk aimlessly, foreign to the place.Maybe I should get some coffee. Thinking that, he headed to a cafe nearby.Kris sighed a little at the gush of warm air as he opened the door, the bell giving a little twinkle."Morning sir, how may I help you?" The cashier greeted Kris as he reached the counter.Looking over the menu, Kris answered, "One caramel latte please.", and handed over the money. The cashier bowed and returned him the change. "Please take a seat, our waiter will send the coffee to you."Getting a window seat near the door, Kris looked at the passing people, coming up with little stories for each of them.Chuckling quietly to himself, he found a waiter, who had just arrived, placing his coffee on the table. The waiter had blond hair, styled and spiked, with multiple piercings, his eyes are sharp and have dark cirlces underneath them, his lips were set in a tight line, giving him a menacing aura.He doesn't fit the cafe atmosphere at all... Kris mused as he watch the waiter go back to the counter and got scolded, presumbly by the manager.Turning around to face the window once more, Kris, relaxed and happy, got lost in watching people go about their busy, everyday lifes.--Tao couldn't wait to go out after he woke up.Exploring the place and maybe do some shopping, Tao was pumped up for the day. That is, until he received a call from his friend."Tao-ah, sorry but could you take over my shift at the cafe where I work? Please? There's an emergency and I need to be there. Please Tao." But it's my first day of the holiday! Tao wanted to shout, but hearing the desperation in his friend's voice, he accepted reluctantly."Really? Thanks Tao! I'll treat you to something! I've got to go now, bye! Thanks again!" The relief evident in his friend's voice, Tao could only sigh. There goes my first day of holiday. Tao pouted as he took his coat and set off.And the weather's so nice today too! Tao's frown grew deeper and deeper as he walked, until he reached the cafe."Remember to smile when you are giving the customers their drink!" The manager reminded him.But he soon forgot the reminder as he gave a customer his coffee, his mouth in a straight line with no hint of smiling at all.Tao bowed and headed back to the counter, where he was greeted with a smack on his head by the manager."I told you to smile!" Tao sighed softly and apologised. Looking over to the customer he just served, Tao realised with a start that it was the stranger who he had bumped into at the airport in China.Although his hair was now unstyled and let down freely, the pair of sharp eyes and full lips are unmistakenable. Fancy meeting him here.A smile playing on his lips for the first time after the call, Tao observed the customer, who was now looking out of the window, silently.
