Chapter 3 : Miyoung and S (1/2)

" Soori's Room "

"Get off my bed." Yuri said sternly. Sooyoung playfully jumping up and down on Yuri's bed while winking at the angry girl.

"You won't sleep here anyway." Sooyoung laid flat on her stomach.

"Stop with what you are trying to do,Sooyoung. Don't even think about it." Yuri said calmly as she walked out of her room. She took her jacket on the couch before going to the balcony,jumped out from the penthouse.

"I don't know what to do with you anymore,Yuri. Please,just move on already.." Sooyoung mumbled softly while leaning against the side of the door with her head hung low.

"Sooyeon..." She walked towards the balcony and glanced at the night sky.

" Come back.." Sooyoung chuckled softly with her own selfish thought. She couldn't help but to think that way. She almost gave on everything she had done for her cousin. But never,ever since Sooyeon's death,have she ever saw even just a small smile written on Yuri's face. She sighed while holding her head with both of hands. As always,whenever Yuri left her all alone at the penthouse and having no one to talk to,their past will come back to haunt her mind. She still perfectly remembered what happened that night, how did the hunters killed Yuri's parents and how did her other family and relatives being mercilessly killed. She don't understand why did the human hated them so much.

"Can't blame them though.." Sooyoung walked in the room to grab her jacket before returning back to the balcony.

"It was one of us,the pure blood vampire that started all this.." She jumped off the balcony to start hunting for the night,

" Hospital "

"Seriously, you went to their house everynight?" Jessica asked in disbelief. She watched Sunny packing 2 bags of blood into her bag. Sunny just nodded her head in respond.

"But why? You can just bring more and let them keep it in their refrigerator." Jessica got up and followed Sunny walked out from the room before she locked the door for them.

"Yuri hate the smell of human blood around her." Sunny said calmly. Jessica confused with her remarked but she didnt ask more about the vampire.

"What are doing? Get in your own car." Sunny watched Jessica doing her seatbelt beside her.

"Following you." Sunny stared at her weirdly.

"Aren't you going to start the engine?" Jessica asked,staring at Sunny with a calm expression. Sunny rolled her eyes,feeling lazy to argue with her.

"They're not home." Sunny mumbled while twisting the door knob after knocking and ringing the bell but still no one opened the door. She looked into her bag to search for something. Jessica stared at her and was startled when she saw Sunny was a holding a key card.

"You-" Jessica didn't have to ask any futher as the sound of the door opened answered her question.

"Feel free to look around but don't,i repeat,don't touch anything. They hate it when someone touch their belongings. Especially Yuri." Sunny warned her friend as she placed her bag on the table. Jessica looked around the living room. She stopped walking and titled her head to the side,trying to get a better view inside the master bedroom. The door was half open. She looked behind her and saw Sunny was busy doing something at the kitchen. "Should i come in?" Jessica thought for a while. She pushed the door until she could saw everything inside the bedroom. She carefully walked in. She sniffed a familiar scent inside the room. Then she felt a cold wind coming from the balcony and noticed the windows towards it was wide open. Jessica hummed as she walked out to the balcony. She hugged herself when the cold wind hit her body. "What are doing here?" Jessica startled by a voice came from behind her. She closed her mouth with her hand when she saw blood on the floor. Slowly,she looked up to see the stranger's face.

" What..are..you...argh..." Yuri crouched down while holding her stomach as she softly whimpered in pain.

"Yu..yuri?" Jessica carefully moved towards the wounded girl.

"Don't come..any closer.." Yuri mumbled too softly for Jessica to hear. Her body jerked up a little when she

felt a cold hand on her shoulder.

"Are you okay?" Jessica tried to take a look at Yuri's wound but the latter suddenly got up only to stumble back on the floor. She groaned in pain with both of her hands holding the wound on her stomach.

"Yuri!" Jessica heard a loud thud coming from behind her. The tall girl she saw yesterday was also wounded and blood was all over her shirt. She quickly ran to Yuri's side.

"Sooyoung..i..i need your..blood..no..w."

"My blood won't give any affect to your wound,Yuri!" Sooyoung carried her body and carefully laid her on the bed.

"You need to drink human's blood." Sooyoung said sternly only to get responded by a sarcastic laugh from Yuri.

"I rather die- Arghhh!!" Yuri screamed in pain when Sooyoung placed her hand on her stomach. She ran out from the room,leaving the horrified Jessica alone in the room with Yuri. On the floor was Sooyoung's sword. She stared at the sword before decided to pick it up. She looked at the sword in her hand before turning her attention back to Yuri. She somehow wanted to help her but she don't know what to do.

"You rather...die..?" Jessica unconsiously said and held the sword tightly in her hand. Just then,Sooyoung returned to the room,holding a glass of blood with Sunny followed behind her.

"Drink this." Sooyoung brought the glass closer to Yuri's face but she quickly yanked it until the blood spilled on the floor,wasted. Sooyoung angrily shook her shoulder.

"Yuri! I don't want you to die!" Her voice started to crack and a single tear rolling down on her cheek.

"Urgh..." Sooyoung and Sunny gasped when they saw Jessica was slitting her wrist with the sword she held. She climbed on the bed and brought her bleeding wrist closer to Yuri's face, Yuri was hesitating at first but when she tasted a drop of Jessica's blood that dropping into her mouth,her eyes slowly started to change into bright goldish colour. She turned her sight towards Jessica. Pain was written on her face as she brought her wrist closer. Yuri pulled her wrist and hungrily sucked her blood. Sooyoung was about to stop her but Jessica gave her an assuring look,showing that she's okay.

"Yuri,stop." Sooyoung tried to pull Jessica hand from Yuri's grip minutes after that but failed.

"Yuri..." Jessica weakly muttered. Her face was now pale.

"Yuri,stop! You're killing her!!" Sooyoung harshly pulled Jessica's hand from Yuri's grip. It was fortunate that Yuri didn't bite sank her teeth on her wrist. If she did,she definitely would regret doing it. Sunny immediately wrapped Jessica's wrist with a piece of fabric to stop the bleeding.

"Why did you do that?!" Sunny asked,almost yelling at Jessica. Jessica just weakly smile and dropped her head on Sunny's shoulder.

Sooyoung watched the wound on Yuri's stomach instantly healed. Yuri sat up immediately and ran out of the bedroom.

"Jessi...ca?" Jessica was laying on the couch with her head on Sunny's lap. Yuri,with the feeling of guilt,stared at Jessica's pale face.

"Sunny.." Sunny startled because it was the first time Yuri ever called her name.

"Did i..bite her?"

"No,you didn't." Sooyoung tapped her shoulder from behind.

"Sooyoung,we need to take her to the hospital. She's losing too much blood." Sooyoung nodded.

"W-what are doing?" Sunny struggled uncomfortably when Sooyoung suddenly carried her bridal style.

"Yuri,take her." Sooyung ordered. Yuri carried Jessica in her arms.

"You..can't be..this is..impossible." Yuri lost in her thought.
