My Strong Heart (1/1)

Back again! Supposed to be revising… so my procrastination is a benefit for you guys! For the purposes of this chapter, Lee Seungki is still the MC of Strong Heart and all three members of Boom Academy are still present (Shindong, Leeteuk, Eunhyuk).“Yah Lee Joon!” Dara screamed as she swung the door to the MBLAQ dorm wide open. She and the other girls followed me inside the dorm, where the heads of the five MBLAQ boys turned to face us, horrified at the sudden intrusion.“Noona~!” Cheondoong whined as he tried to calm her down. “Don’t be so loud.”“Dara-noona, what’s the problem?” Joon asked as he sauntered over to me. I wrapped my arms around his neck and rested my head comfortably against his chest…that was until Dara pulled me away.“We’re going to have a little talk.” Dara pulled me into mine and Joon’s bedroom and out of the corner of my eye, I saw Taeyeon pulling Joon along. “Sit!” she told us, so Joon and I complied quickly. She turned to face me, an angry look covering her face. “You are going to tell him exactly what you told us earlier.”“Unnie~!” I whined, but it was no good.“I don’t want to hear it. Now tell him, or I’ll do it myself.”“Aish…” I grumbled. Nervously, I stared into Joon’s warm eyes that conveyed a loving expression. “Yeobo… I-I-I… Iknowyouwantthebaby!”“Bwoh? Repeat that please.”“I know you want the baby…”His face softened as he pulled me into a tight embrace. My head was resting against his chest, listening to his light heartbeat and he combed his fingers through my hair gently. “Yeobo, I don’t want the baby. Didn’t I say before that I’ll support you no matter what you choose?”“I know, but I also know that you want to keep the baby. You’re clearly great with kids. I saw how you were on ‘Hello Baby’.”“That may be, but I don’t want this baby. It’s not ours… Plus, I don’t think either of us are ready to look after a child yet. It’s a full time job and we’ve got careers already.”I looked up at him, searching in his eyes for any hurt emotions he was trying to hide. But there were none. All I could see was love and affection as he stared at me. I started crying spontaneously, so he pressed his lips to my cheeks, gently kissing the tears away. Once all the tears had stopped, he kissed my forehead and stood up with me still in his arms. He carried me into the lounge, where everybody was sat around the TV. Seungho was sat in his armchair with Cheolyong in his lap. He was stroking the latter’s blonde hair absentmindedly, while both had their attention on the TV. On one of the black leather sofas, Miyeon was nestled comfortably in Cheondoong’s lap with the three 2NE1 girls squashed beside them. On the other sofa, G.O was sat between Sunny and Jessica, with Hyunae sitting the other side of Sunny, trying to chat them up. Sunny and Hyunae weren’t paying attention and Jessica looked disgusted.“Hyung,” Joon called out to the gorilla-like male. “Leave the girls alone. They’re not interested. What would Juri-noona say?”G.O gave up his spot on the sofa and started making coffee in the kitchen. Taeyeon sat on the space that G.O had previously occupied, while Dara sat on the arm of the sofa next to Cheondoong and Miyeon. She started fussing over her younger brother’s hair, much to the displeasure of Cheondoong. Miyeon laughed at the adorable frustrated look on her boyfriend’s face. Joon sat on the empty armchair with me in his lap still. I instantly shuffled so that my head was comfortably resting in the crook of his neck.“Girls, would you like to stay for dinner?” he addressed everyone. I sat up straight and glared at him, as I wasn’t in the mood for cooking for so many. He just chuckled lightly and stroked my cheek. “Yeobo, I wouldn’t dream of making you cook. We’ll order out.”While G.O ordered the food, we finished watching an episode of Strong Heart, but it was the ending comments that interested everyone. “Next week’s special live episode will see the return of Mai! What will she have in store for us? And what will the other guests have in store for her? Joining her will be Rain, MBLAQ’s Joon and Mir and F.T. Island’s Hongki and Jonghun.”“You’re going on Strong Heart next week, unnie?” Miyeon asked. “I’ll make sure to watch it!”“We all will,” Dara added, to which Taeyeon, Sunny, Jessica and Hyunae nodded in confirmation.
