"I'm going to take a walk," Yookyung stood up.

"Be careful, Yookyung," Chorong called.

"I will," Yookyung opened the door and left.

It was her habit. She took long walks in the human city late at night when she wanted to clear her mind.

Cautious of potential humans, she carefully walked out of the forest and into the city.

It was too much stress to deal with.

First Eunji unnie with Sunggyu at her own wedding, then Bomi disappearing with Dongwoo, Wooyoung oppa leaving his clan, and Naeun almost dying in the sunlight.

I was on the verge of exploding.

To calm myself down, I usually take walks in the city where humans reside, I don't know why, but it just calms me down.

I walked by the lit signs and oddly, the comforted me with the quietness.

"Hey, check this chick out," A voice behind me called. I instantly turned around. Before I could speed away, a vision took over.

Faces were blurred except one. I saw myself cornered with 4 blurred faces surrounding me. Another person came and I could see his face clearly.

I recovered from the vision and 4 boys surrounded me.

"Do you think she's one of those vampire chicks?" They hooted.

"Leave me alone," I mumbled.

"I don't think so, hun,"

One of the grabbed my wrist and I slapped it, hard.

"Did you just hit me?" The leader scoffed. He raised his hand to strike me in the face.

"No so fast, losers," A voice called. Someone was walking towards the group of boys, a smirk plastered on his face.

"Didn't this lady tell you to get lost?"

"Y-Yes.." They stumbled.

The stranger came closer and I recognized him to be Infinite's Sungyeol. What was he doing here?
