[Eunji's P.O.V]I stayed in Sunggyu's room for the entire party.. Or at least until 2PM left. He was an easy going guy who liked laughing a lot. It was sooo different than when he acted as Infinite's leader.I kinda liked it."Well, I guess I should get going." I suddenly remembered that I had to find Hayoung."Alright." He stood up. Was that disappointment I heard in his voice?*Psh, you're overreacting, Eunji.* I waved it away.But, truthfully, I wanted to hear disappointment in his voice."Thanks for helping me." I smiled. "Well, thanks for saving my life." He chuckled. "I guess I'll see you around?" I shrugged slightly."Sure." He smiled and opened the door. I walked out quietly and walked back to the rest of the party. "Phew." I wiped my forehead after seeing 2PM leave. "He left."-----------------------[Hoya's P.O.V]I felt extremely bad for making that girl cry. *I should find her and apologize.* I confirmed in my head, but it wasn't going to be easy cause:She had INVISIBILITY powers. Yes, invisible. *Lee Hoya, what do you drag yourself into?* I sighed. This is why I never talk.So I walked around our entire mansion, and it wasn't hard, considering that I had speed powers. But after 20 minutes of searching, I heard soft hiccups in the empty room on 10th floor, where my room was located."Bingo." I smiled and opened the door. Surely enough, there was no one there. The soft hiccupping stopped and I heard footsteps towards the door, where I was standing."Can I talk to you?" I softly asked. The footsteps stopped and the girl turned visible.I was speechless. There was only one word to describe her:Perfect.---------------------[Hayoung's P.O.V]I found a small room on the 10th floor and I ran inside of it.*Why did that guy have to be so mean?* I wiped away my tears. *What did I ever do wrong?*I started hiccupping, a habit when I cried. *I was never a bad person.* I hugged my knees. The door suddenly opened and I stopped myself from hiccupping. It was HIM. The guy who was mad at me. I was invisible, so I thought I was safe.*I have to get out of here.* I stood up and walked to the door as quietly as possible."Can I talk to you?" The voice was suprisingly quiet, but had that gentle touch to it.I wiped the last of my tears and turned myself visible. He stared at me, with his mouth slightly open. It was awkward, just the two of us standing there.I coughed a little and he closed his mouth and cleared his throat."I'm sorry for the.. Misunderstanding before." He apologized quietly. I looked around awkwardly."It's okay." The words came out of my mouth even before I knew what I was saying."I thought you were someone else.." He scratched the back of his head sheepishly. "And I was really fed up with her."I stayed silent, I was usually talkative, but only with my unnies."This might sound rude," He cracked a smile. "But can you talk a little?" "Sorry." I turned red. "I don't talk a lot.""Neither do I." He admitted. "I barely talk in front of anyone except my clan."I nodded, not knowing what to say."I'm Lee Howon, by the way." He smiled shyly."We've met before." She whispered.I stared at her, dumbfounded.*We did?* My mind was boggled.I just stood there though, staring at one of the members and she looked back as well. We had eye contact for a short period of time. "Oh Hayoung." She mouthed. "OH HAYOUNG!" A voice yelled."Coming unnie!" She yelled back and ran to her clan."LEE HOWON." Sunggyu yelled. I appeared next to him in the next milli-second.*What a strange girl. Doesn't she know that we're enemies?* I thought as I walked back with my clan "Ohh.." I said in realization."Oh.. Hayoung?" I tilted my head. She nodded."Maknae and only half vampire member in the clan." She quietly introduced herself."Eh?" I raised a brow. "Half vampire?""I'm half siren." She said uncomfortablly.*SIREN?!* [a/n: for those of you who don't know, they're in greek myths. they're women who were seduced sailors with their voices & songs. they're also portrayed as beautiful.] I thought. *No wonder she's so.. Perfect.*"Yeah.." She made a face. "I sure act nothing like a siren."I was about to say something, but I heard Sungyeol's voice in the hallways.Sigh. That kid."I think I have to go.." I sighed."It was nice to formally meet you." She gently smiled."You too." I grinned. "Let's talk later, alright?""Alright." She nodded. I opened the door and walked out.--------------------[Hayoung's P.O.V]As the door closed I instantly put my hand over my heart.*Why am I feeling this way?* I thought frantically. *Did I not drink enough blood?*My insides were going crazy, my heart was beating uncontrollably."No.. I can't be.." I whispered. I did NOT want to fall in love.------------------------[Flashback]"Hayoung, when you get older, there will be some signs." Hayoung's mother told her."Like.. What?" Hayoung titled her head."When you finally find the right person, your heart will beat uncontrollably, butterflies will fill your stomach. Because you're half-siren, it intereferes with the vampire-genes. Vampires have a mental thing that goes off, whereas sirens have physical triggers."Hayoung waved it off, like it was no big deal."Be alert for when the time comes, Hayoung."
