Chapter 2- Bang Yong Guk (1/1)

Yong Guk slipped in the back door of the old building and made his way through the darkness. Most of the other guys were already in their dorms for the night. GDragon could probably find a better location for his little hide-away for the rebels but Guk supposed it was better than roaming the streets. He’d been out past curfew again just throwing back some drinks since he didn’t have anything better to do.He was crept past GDragon’s office when he heard voices from inside. Guk paused and put his ear to the door. Definitely people in there. he thought to himself.“I don’t know why this is so difficult for you!” GDragon was scolding someone.“It was my mistake, I know.” Came TOPs voice in return.What had TOP gotten in trouble for? He was one of GDragon’s best in the rebels.“You just had to get her to drink something, but instead you had to get yourself drunk as well?” GDragon’s voice rose.“I don’t know what happened.”“Well obviously.” GDragon sounded beyond annoyed. “Get out of here and fix your damn nose.” He commanded coldly.Before Guk could leave, the door opened and TOP was halted in the doorway. His silver hair was messed up and he was holding a blood-stained tissue to his nose which he pulled away to show a scowl.“Who’s out there?” GDragon called from inside.“It’s BYG.” TOP answered before he could with a smirk. “Big” had become Guk’s nickname in the group for his strong physic and also for his initials BYG.“Oh good. Tell him to come in.” the smirk disappeared from TOPs face and turned back into a scowl as he shoved his way through the doorway and made his way to his dorm.BYG rolled his eyes and stepped into GDragon’s office. He was still in his “business” suit and stood behind a crappy wooden desk as he placed a set of papers down.“Wassup?” BYG asks as he halts in front of the desk.“Your training’s been going well?” GD asks.“Sure. Top in the class or so I’m told.” BYG answers.“Sounds about right. Well, no doubt you probably heard about TOPs little mistake tonight as you tried to sneak in.” GD looks down to the desk to rearrange other papers.BYG closes his eyes in frustration and the realization that he’d been caught coming in late after TOP had been drinking on the job. He opens as GDragon looks back up in look for a response.“Uh, I didn’t hear much.” BYG says.“Well, you see I sent TOP out tonight to trail a certain girl from the upper homes. Plan was to drug the girl’s drink and bring her here… but it seems the man couldn’t help put a few back as well and get himself too wasted to even bring in a child. Got hit in the nose in his effort. Therefore, he’s been demoted temporarily and it seems that I’m in need of a new apprentice for now. You up for it?”BYG blinks as he tries to comprehend. He was caught coming in late… but being promoted to actual field work?“What did you have in mind?” BYG asks.GDragon smirks and puts his hand out to the chair in front of his desk motioning for BYG to take a seat; and he does. GDragon sits at his own chair and pulls out a folder and slides it across the table. BYG catches it on the edge and holds it without opening it.“Inside there is the information about the man that owns a construction company involved in dirty work in the city. Matter of fact… you may know of him already.” There’s a knowing tone in GD’s voice that makes BYG open the folder. The front page is a profile of a President Kim of a construction company. His face strikes BYG immediately.“Is this…”

“Yes.” GDragon confirms BYG’s suspicions. “That is the man who was responsible for the death of both your parents. I’ve been training you to help in this particular case for that very reason. I was going to include you later but might as well get you started now. In return, of course, you and your brother will be permitted to stay here for a longer term. And if you still want to discuss Zelo’s participation in my program then that can be arranged as well.”

BYG brought his younger brother Zelo to the compound with him after the death of both their parents that resulted in their home being condemned, destroyed, and cleared out in order to make way for bigger firms. All directed by President Kim. GDragon had been very into the idea of BYG and Zelo joining the rebels forces to get revenge on the upper class manipulators but Bang was also very set on keeping Zelo out of that sort of training. In the meantime, Zelo worked around the compound to earn his stay and attended the public city school.Inside the folder were recorders, pictures, and information on the President and his family.“So, what do you think?” GD asks with a smile as he places his hands in his laps and sits back.“I’m in. What’s the plan?”
