[M] Chapter Five (1/1)

Kai stood there, stunned in shock. He was confused and scared. Why would people want him? And not normal?! What does he mean by that?! Kai only shook his head and YiXing kissed him on the lips.  "Ill protect you Kai." YiXing said.  "Okay." Kai replied. "I'm not normal? What does that mean? " YiXing shook hi head then told Kai to stay inside and lock all doors and windows and to NOT answer them to ANYBODY! Kai nodded and did as YiXing asked as YiXing left the house, leaving him home all alone. Kai ran to his room, locking the windows then turned on his bed lamp, that being the ONLY light in the house on. He was home all alone now, no-one was here to protect him, noone! CLACK! CLACK!

CLINK! CLINK! Kai shivered in fear as he heard his glass being tapped and he didn't DARE to look outside the blinds. The sound of glass being tapped continued then his phone went off. "Hello?" Kai answered. "Kyungsoo? You're outside my window? Are you tapping?" Kai hung up then opened the blinds and sighed in relief. Kyungsoo was getting wet from rain and Kai opened in for him then locked it after Kyungsoo got it. "Where is YiXing?" Kyungsoo asked. "Gone, for now." Kai replied. "Kyungsoo, no-one was following you, were they?" The wide-eyed boy shook his head then Kai sighed in relief. He was safe, for now. But what did YiXing mean earlier? That he wasn't normal? TAP! TAP! Kai's body shivered, feeling weird energy outside his house. Is this what YiXing means? Sensing energy that is dark and evil? Something that he couldn't trust? "Follow me." Kai grabbed Kyungsoo's arm. "To my basement, now!" Kyungsoo followed Kai then Kai closed then locked the door and sighed. Atleast he has food here in the basement. There was a crash from upstairs and Kai's phone began to vibrate. "YIXING?!" Kai answered quickly. "Someone or something is in my room. Ne? I am in the basement with Kyungsoo. Okay, bye." Kai put his phone in his pocket and got the handgun his Father stashed in the basement. It was fully loaded and brand new too. Kai spun it around then heard footsteps getting closer to the basement area. He peaked near the stairs to see feet stop in front of the door. The tanned boy swallowed his saliva then watched as the door was rattled and Kyungsoo stayed behind Kai. Kai loaded the gun, ready to shoot whoever was intruding inside of his house.  BAM!

The door opened and Kai and Kyungsoo hid underneath the stairs where one can't be seen and Kai was ready to shoot anytime now. The thing walking had human features but had pointy ears and really sharp canine. "Come here Little Kai." the creature spoke. Kai was surprised. The Creature was male AND had a fucking deep ass voice. The Man looked around then inhaled the air. Kai and Kyungsoo stayed stil, breathing softly through their noses only. A chuckle escaped the Man's mouth and Kai was ready. "Found you." the Man said evily He walked towards Kai and Kyungsoo's area and Kai automatically shot, the bullet going through the Man's chest. The Man stopped real quick, surprised of how good Kai's aim was. "Naughty Creature." the Man replied. "Come now Prince, is that anyway of treating a guard of your Family?" Kai came out, gun still up with Kyungsoo hiding behind him. "What are you talking about?" Kai asked. "I know I'm not normal.
