The girls have just finished shooting the music video for their new Japanese single "Doughnut". Despite the heavy breathing as the director finishes the shooting, pretty smiles can be seen on everyone's faces. They make each other the happiest, even while being exhausted. For this shooting, their stylist made them wear gorgeous dresses.The members start making their way to the dressing rooms after having caught their breath. Nayeon pretty much runs over there while complaining about how sweaty she is. Of course, Jeongyeon laughs at her while running along beside her. There is a small dressing room each for all nine of the members. The rooms are side by side, so they always have a chat while changing. Most of the time, they tease the member who did a mistake during the shooting, which is always either Tzuyu or Jeongyeon. They often go to a restaurant after the shootings to celebrate their hard work with delicious food.Although her dress fits her perfectly, Dahyun seems to be struggling with the zipper. "Can anyone come here and give me a hand? I can't reach my zipper!" she shouts, frustrated.Momo has already changed into her clothes and is taking random selfies, which she will most likely never post, in her dressing room, so she decides to help the girl. "Coming!"She isn't sure if Dahyun heard her because the other members are talking so loud. But she still puts her phone down and leaves her dressing room, walking over to Dahyun's. She knocks on the door before slowly opening it. Dahyun feels slightly relieved when she sees Momo peeking through the door. She has always been more comfortable with Momo compared to the other members. Of course, she isn't uncomfortable with the others, but with Momo, it's different."Unnie, come in! Can you please help me with the zipper?" she asks as she turns her back to Momo.Momo steps in and walks closer to Dahyun. She smiles at her through the big mirror that is in front of them. Then, Momo slowly pulls the zipper down to save Dahyun from the dress. But suddenly, Momo shoots Dahyun a worried look through the mirror."What is this?" she asks while looking at the redness that is visible on Dahyun's back.She tries to trace the redness with her fingertips but Dahyun flinches at her touch. "Unnie, that stings!"However, as Dahyun feels soft lips gaze over the redness, she almost melts. She turns back around and looks at Momo. When she sees how worried Momo's eyes are gazing at her, she can't help but cup the girl's face."The dress must have caused it. It'll heal soon, don't worry," Dahyun says as an attempt to comfort Momo.Momo shines her a warm smile and places her hands on top of Dahyun's. "Call me again if you need help with anything else, okay? I'll go back now."Dahyun nods and Momo leaves the room. But Momo is still in worry for the younger one, especially because she looks so tired.After a couple of minutes, everyone is gathered up at the exit of the studio. Mina and Chaeyoung are taking selfies and giggling by themselves. Sana is going around, poking everyone's butt for some reason, but that's just how she is."So, are we gonna eat together or does anyone want to do something else? We could all just go home and rest too?" Jihyo requests."Can we please rest today? I'm sooo tired!" Nayeon says as she is barely standing up straight.The other members nod and everyone starts gathering up their things. Before leaving, they all hug each other and say their goodbyes. Dahyun and Momo give each other a short hug as Momo wonders if it would be a good idea to look after Dahyun, since she feels the need to care for the younger one. Just as the hug ends, Momo holds onto Dahyun's hand."Do you want to stay by my apartment for tonight? I bought a new mattress and trust me, you won't be tired anymore in the morning. It's so soft!" Momo says.At first, Dahyun hesitates. She doesn't like staying in places other than the comfort of her own apartment, but Momo's pleading eyes make it difficult for her. So, she gives in."Fine, I'll trust you this time. Let's go."Momo opens the door to her apartment with the key. She enters the apartment, followed by Dahyun. Even though Dahyun has stayed at Momo's a few times before, Momo thought Dahyun would have rejected her suggestion of staying with her tonight. But she got flustered when Dahyun accepted it. Normally, Dahyun barely leaves her own apartment. She doesn't really hang out with the other members outside other than practice. For that reason, she made Momo very happy, probably not even aware of it, by deciding to spend the night with her.As soon as they enter the apartment, Boo and Dobby come running to Momo. Of course, Momo quickly bends down and showers them with kisses. Dahyun thinks their friendship is adorable, hence why she couldn't help but admire them. Then, Momo gets back up and turns to Dahyun."You already know where everything is, so just make yourself comfortable while I change the sheets. Do you maybe want to go wash up?"A big smile catches Dahyun's lips. She really adores how much Momo cares about her and how she doesn't leave out small details such as changing the bed sheets for Dahyun."Yeah, I'll go take a quick bath. Could you give me some spare clothes?"Momo nods and quickly runs to get some clothes from her wardrobe. She grabs some black sweatpants and the T-Shirt that Dahyun had forgotten to take back when she last stayed over."Here you go. You left this shirt here the last time you came, by the way. I should have given it back to you, sorry," she says while handing Dahyun the clothes."Aw, don't worry about it, it's fine."Dahyun takes the clothes, her hand slightly touching the other girl's. A chill runs up Dahyun's spine."Thank you!", she quickly says before hurrying inside the bathroom and closing the door, leaving Momo to stand there alone."No problem?" Momo says towards the closed door, completely confused.She felt something from that touch too, but she kind of shrugs it off and starts changing the bed sheets. It's already ten p.m., so Momo thinks Dahyun will want to lay down after getting out of the bath.All of TWICE enjoy having comebacks, but this time, it is more exhausting than exciting. They have already released a new album a few weeks before this one. Although, despite the stress, the members are happy to be together, even if it only meant during practice.What the heck was that? Dahyun thinks to herself while sitting in the bath. She is confused about what happened when their hands touched. It's not like that was the first time I touched her hand. I even held it before! What's wrong now?Dahyun manages to get out of the bath without her thoughts taking over her. She puts on the clothes Momo gave her. When she puts on the T-Shirt, she realizes something. Did she... wear this? It smells like her.With a constant grin on her face, she grabs a towel from the cabinet and dries her hair. She also wants to brush her teeth, but at the same time, she doesn't want to be a burden to Momo by asking her if there is a toothbrush she could use, so she just skips it for today.When she makes her way to the bedroom, she sees Momo in bed, already sleeping silently. First, Dahyun slowly walks over to the kitchen to make sure the oven and everything else isn't turned on. It's a habit of hers. Then, she tiptoes back to the bedroom. She closes the door and turns off the light, which Momo forgot to do. Dahyun guesses that Momo fell asleep while waiting for her. Some light is shining through the window, helping Dahyun make her way into the bed. She slowly covers both of them with the blanket. Not long after, Momo shifts, then opens her eyes. She turns around, her eyes meeting Dahyun's eyes."Ah, sorry. I must have fallen asleep. Are you comfortable? You can close the window if it's too cold for you, or I could hug you to warm you—""Oh! No no, you don't have to do that. It's not cold," Dahyun quickly says before Momo can finish what she was about to say, "You weren't lying about this mattress, though. It's so comfy, really!"They giggle together and it feels like time has suddenly stopped for Dahyun."Everything is perfect right now, unnie. Thank you," she says, looking straight into Momo's eyes.Momo lips curl into a smile without her realizing it. "Okay, that's good. Now, you should sleep. I'm gonna go and wash up too real quick. Call my name if anything happens, alright?""Alright. Goodnight, unnie.""Goodnight, Dahyuni," Momo says as she gets up and leaves the room.She was planning on taking a quick shower but she decides to stay in the warm water for a bit to loosen up her muscles. She has been going to the gym lately, keeping her body in perfect shape, but also feeling quite sore afterwards. So, Momo gets into the bath after filling it up with warm water. Her eyes struggle to stay open as she relaxes her body.Eventually, she leaves the bath before she can fall asleep in there. She pats her hair dry with a towel and puts on a new set of clothes. Then, she starts brushing her teeth. While doing so, she realizes that she forgot to give Dahyun a toothbrush. It makes her facepalm. She opens the cabinet, takes a brand new toothbrush, still in it's package, and puts it on the sink for Dahyun to see in the morning.When she goes back to the bedroom, Dahyun is deep in her sleep. Momo has to stop herself from bursting out laughter when she sees Dahyun's, open mouth. She takes her phone from the nightstand and slowly crawls into bed. Momo knows that she would scold herself if she missed the opportunity to snap a picture of the sleeping Dahyun. So, she does before joining Dahyun in her sleep.In the morning, Dahyun feels a ray of light hit her eyes from the window. She slowly opens her eyes, stretching her arms and legs. She already feels better than yesterday. Maybe because of the girl sleeping next to her? Who knows. She turns over to Momo. She is still sleeping soundly and the light is shining on her as if she were an angel. It automatically makes Dahyun start admiring the older one's features such as her unique nose, her cheekbones, her sharp jawline, her smooth, black hair, and at last, her lips.Dahyun has always thought that Momo is one of the most beautiful people she has ever seen. To her, Momo looks ethereal and refreshing. That's why her hands start moving on their own, tracing Momo's jawline... up to her cheeks... and back down to her lips. Dahyun starts lightly skimming her thumb over the other girl's lips. She doesn't know what is causing her to do such things, yet she doesn't stop. Instead, she really enjoys it. Her eyes wander over to Momo's shoulders, her collarbones... her strong arms... her attractive—"Ah!" she yelps when she notices Momo's open eyes. "Goodmorning, unnie!"Dahyun's heart picks up the pace. She feels like a creep, checking out her friend like that. But luckily, she had already removed her hand from Momo's lips before Momo woke up. Momo had opened her eyes while Dahyun's eyes were clearly fixed on her body. But Momo was so tired that her brain wasn't functioning at that moment even if she was awake. Dahyun got lucky...Finally, Momo manages to come back to her senses. They both sit up in bed."Goodmorning. Did you sleep well?" Momo asks.She gives Dahyun a bright smile. Momo can see that Dahyun rested well by how happy she looks. But is that really the reason of her happiness?"Yes, unnie! I'm feeling really good right now, all because of you..." she hesitates, but then, "I love you."She goes in for a hug. It's not like this is the first time she has hugged the other girl, but Dahyun feels shy this time. Just what changed in a span of a day? Thoughts are taking over Dahyun's mind when Momo hugs her back."Aw, I love you too, Dahyuni. Honestly, I didn't even do much, but I'm happy that you're feeling better," she says as she strokes Dahyun's hair.Momo's nose gets filled with the younger girl's smell. It makes her dig her head into the crook of Dahyun's neck to get more of the smell. Dahyun melts into Momo's touch as Momo melts into Dahyun's smell. Seconds, minutes pass with them still hugging until both of their phones get a notification, causing them to let out a small laugh."Must be the groupchat," Momo says as she breaks the hug, unwillingly, of course.She is about to reach for her phone on the nightstand when she gets pulled back. Momo and Dahyun are now so close that they're able to feel each other's breathing."I wasn't done yet," Dahyun says before placing her hands on the other girl's shoulders.It's an action that keeps Momo from keeping eye-contact, but grows Dahyun's confidence even more. The younger one must have been moved by the care and tenderness she keeps receiving from Momo. So, the next thing you see is Dahyun bravely closing the remaining distance between them. It's so out of the blue and absurd, as she doesn't even know how Momo feels, but she thinks this is the best chance to find out. She seals her now clear love for Momo by capturing the older one's lips in a kiss....
