[M] Chapter 3 (1/2)

...
Jaejoong was waiting for his dinner date Jung Yunho, who was nowhere to be seen. He sighed and turned to stare at his reflection in the hotel bar's mirrored wall. He was dressed to kill, wearing a long sleeved stripped shirt with a deep V showing off his milky chest yet again, skinny black jeans tucked into stylish leather boots. He played with his sleeve and pouted to himself. Was Yunho angry that Jaejoong was spying on his hotel after all? Maybe he decided not to show up. It was already ten minutes past seven.
He heard footsteps walking towards him, and turned to the direction of the sound hesitantly, trying to keep his hopes down to avoid disappointment. He couldn't help thinking that Yunho probably sent someone to tell him the date was called off; he was so unsure and nervous when it came to that mysterious cold man.
His heart fluttered seeing the devilishly handsome Jung Yunho striding towards him, still wearing the same tailored suit from this afternoon.
"I got caught up in another meeting. Did you wait long?" Yunho smiled at Jaejoong, who bit his lip and nodded. He was relieved and happy that Yunho came after all, but his sexy business-like aura was making Jaejoong flush. Jaejoong decided shyly to himself that men in office wear were hot, especially when the man was Jung Yunho.
Jaejoong jumped slightly as he suddenly felt Yunho's arm snaking around his waist.
"Let's go." Yunho murmured, his lips too close to Jaejoong's ear as the latter felt himself being guided gently across the hotel lobby.
"Where are we going?" Jaejoong finally swallowed down his nervousness enough to ask as they stood outside one of the hotel lifts. He tilted his head as he observed the lift door. This lift looked different from the other lifts in the hotel.
"We're going to my suite. This is my private lift." Yunho said.
Noticing the strange look Jaejoong was now giving him, he further explained. "I flew over a Michelin star chef from Tokyo to cook for us. We are eating in my suite's dining room."
"Oh.." Jaejoong tried to calm his furiously beating heart. Dinner in Yunho's suite! Maybe after that, Yunho would kiss him, and do other naughty things to him.. He giggled to himself excitedly and shook his head, trying to snap out of his fantasy.
"Sajang-nim, your lift is here." The curvy female manager from last night gestured and held the lift doors open.
"I'll be personally attending to your dinner tonight." She stared particularly at Jaejoong and smiled too widely, in Jaejoong's opinion.
...
"For dessert we have millefeuille with honey ice cream, topped with real gold flakes!" The manager bent low revealing her ample chest towards Yunho's direction as she laid out the dessert plates.
Jaejoong tried to ignore her and whipped out his handphone to snap a picture of the delectable looking dessert. It wasn't everyday a master chef was flown in to personally prepare him dinner, and it certainly wasn't everyday his dessert had gold flakes sprinkled on them.
He turned his gaze up at the sudden silence and saw the manager looking at him disdainfully. Was it that bad? What business of that nosy flirt was it that Jaejoong wanted to take a photo of his dessert? He averted his eyes and put his phone down, pouting gloomily at his dessert. It suddenly did not look so appetitizing anymore.
"Leave us to eat." Yunho finally dismissed her.
"I'll be outside if you need me, sajang-nim!" She bowed before leaving.
"You don't like the food?" Yunho asked.
Jaejoong jumped at his voice. He hadn't realized he had been spacing out.
"No, I like it Yunho-ssi!" The food was great, but he could not bring himself to fully enjoy it with that sexy manager prancing in every now and then, trying to seduce Yunho. He had to admit, he was feeling jealous.
Hearing Yunho sigh and move his chair next to his, Jaejoong started spooning the dessert quickly into his mouth to prove his point.
His frantically scooping hand was suddenly stopped by Yunho reaching over to grab it firmly.
"Don't force yourself. I'll let you choose a restaurant that you like the next time we have dinner."
Jaejoong's heart beat wildly at the contact, and he stared nervously at the handsome man's kind smile.
"I like it really, Yunho-ssi.." ...
"Okay okay." Yunho said placatingly, trying to keep his voice gentle with the nervous boy.
"And you can call me Yunho, but only when we're alone alright?"
He had a reputation to keep in public after all. Few people had the privilege of calling Jung Yunho by his name.
"Yun..." Jaejoong stammered cutely and Yunho's heart skipped a beat.
"Yunnie?"
It took a considerable amount of his self control not to kick the table over in disgust at the sickeningly sweet nickname. He was Jung Yunho, the fastest rising star CEO of his time, and he hated the thought of being associated with a cute and kiddish name like Yunnie.
He tried to look neutral but some of his distaste must have shown on his face, as the pretty boy started giggling.
Yunho stared, mesmerized. He had never been one to mix business with pleasure, and dating the son of his hotel takeover target was never in his plans.
In the past, too many people had tried to throw themselves or their daughters at him to gain business favours, and he hated it. Whenever they offered him such favours, he made sure to take out his temper on them by destroying the company involved. That alone significantly contributed to his fearsome reputation as a ruthless CEO, and lately the illicit proposals had mostly trickled to a stop.
