The final decision (1/2)

TAEMIN P.O.V(FLASH BACK)I went back to my dorm after I went to the CEO of SM entertainment Lee Soo Mans office and he had explained the choices, I literally sat in room without making a sound. The room was completely empty, the only light in my room was the small gape between in the curtains which shone onto my jeans. I tried to think of this strategically.

Ok. Lets say if I chose the first choice. Come out that Alexis was my girlfriend. Tell the world and face all the accusations. Too be honest that choice sounded more appealing.

Or keep it hidden but then face suspension from activities and one strike. In my head even though that seemed like the worst option possible I knew deep down the second option would be better for Alexis. In my mind all I kept on thinking was how  could I protect her. I know that if I did come out, she would face so much hate. I would take it for her, but I don’t think I could emotionally take putting her through all that pain. Looking back she had done so much for me. When those girls kicked and beat her. She protected me and I did nothing. I was such a coward. Everything shes done for me. All the lies shes told, she had to pretend for me. I had to pretend I didn’t even know her. I knew it was hard for me, but I knew it was a million times harder for her. For once I decided to do something for her for once. Protect her. Because I loved her more than anything. I had decided.

I ran out of my dorm and back to CEO office. It had been 2 hours since I was there. I knocked on the door assertively.

I heard a ‘Who is it?. I opened the door and let myself in. There he was. Still big and scary.

‘Taemin. What are you doing barging in here?’ He asked slightly annoyed.

‘ Ive come to a decision..’

He looked at me. He must of sensed the determination in my eyes.‘Ok go on’ and he signalled with his hand for me to carry on.

‘ Ive decided to chose a different option. I wish not to deny the accusations.’ I said confidently.

He looked up at me and chuckled. He then realized I wasn’t joking.

‘ Are you serious? I don’t know whether to commend you or call you crazy.’ He replied.

‘ Jonghyun was unwise to come out with Shinsekyung….’ He laughed.

I then stopped him. I wasn’t finished.

‘… You can suspend my activities, take my phone away forever and id take that strike, if you grant me one request’. I said with conviction.

He waited on my every word.

‘Keep her identity a secret..’ I muttered.

He sat there. Smiling. He signed and then thought for a while. He then applauded.

‘ Taemin how old are you?’ He asked inquisitively.’I was thrown back my the randomness of his question.

‘ Urm..18.’ I replied.

He sighed and smiled.

‘This girl must mean a lot to you for you to go through all this trouble. I mean, the anti fans wont have a person to blame apart from you..’ he said.

I knew this. I nodded.
