Chapter Four – I Love YouAfter I had done with the wet foodstuffs, I pushed the trolley towards the assorted biscuits section since father pretty liked to have biscuits during tea time.When I was immersed in choosing a few of the assorted biscuits, Luhan, suddenly appeared at me from nowhere. I tried to make my face expression as calm as possible which meant his presence was not affected me. Ah, I was being a hypocrite again!Luhan, on the other hand, casually walked next to me after I had done with the biscuits with no voice escaped from his mouth. When I stopped to look for some stuffs, he would stop as well. When I walked in such fast speed, he would do the same thing as well. Seeing him in such weird yet hilarious actions, it tickled my heart. Sometimes it felt like we were kind of playing hide and seek!On top of that, I could not help myself but feel happy of his presence next to me. But the happiness had just vanished away when I reminded myself that he already had a girlfriend and Luhan might forget my ‘status’ as well.“I’m going to buy cereals for the kids,” I announced shortly, hoping he would get the meaning of my intention. But his face seemed so casual that it did not affect anything to him at all.Unconsciously, he took over the trolley for my hand and walked forward soundlessly. Then, as fast as lightning, I followed after him and we walked to the chocolates sections together. During the moment, I was thinking how my future with him will turn out. Both of us will be having shopping spree for our household and of course during that time, we had gotten married, living in an idyllic, blissful marriage life. From two of us, there would three, four and I did not know how many kids would Luhan want. During that time as well, our trolley will be filled with loads of children-care stuffs like diapers, milk, and anything that our kids will need.I grinned to myself, thinking of our impending future and kept on fantasizing it.“Anything else?” His sudden question killed my fantasy, completely.I shook my head and then, we started to walk towards the cash counter. After I had done with the payment and putting the stuffs back into the trolley, I frantically pushed the trolley towards the exit door without even regarding Luhan whom must have been flustered over my hasty action, who had just ignored him completely. Truthfully, I had to do that since I did not want to fantasize over something that I could not even reach.“Yoona! Wait a second!”He grabbed my waist impulsively, rendering me flabbergasted and I had no choice but halt my feet from ‘running away’.“Why were you running away from me?” he questioned with a frown creased on his forehead.“N-no, I wasn’t running away, Luhan. I just... need to get back home on time,” I answered, thinking those words were the best answer to escape myself from being interrogating again and again.“Oh, alright then.” He nodded and soon, lifted a plastic bag towards me. “This is for your kids, Yoona.”I could definitely guess what was inside since I was kind of spying him when we stopped at the chocolates sections. I nodded and took it from his hand with a gratitude. Then, he gave me yet another plastic bag, causing me a little suprised again.“Err.. and this is for you...” His voice turned a bit shaky out of the blue.I knew what was the content of the plastic bag. I tried to refuse his gift since I had bought it too. He let out a smile. A smile that can flutter my heart and melt my heart, literally.“I know you’ve bought this but I still want to give you, Yoona...”I stared at him for a while and he responsed to my stare, causing me to have a little goosebumps that I cannot put into words how he can make my heart beat uncontrollably.Finally, I let him put the plastic bag which had a big cup of yummy caramel pudding inside. Then, I let him take over the trolley again and both of us strode out the exit door together.***When I reached home in the evening, I saw my mother, father and Nana were at the garden, having tea time and I saw Joongki was there as well. I guess he was here since he drove Nana back home.“Where are the kids, omma?” I asked in curiosity as I sat down the chair next to Nana.“Jaejoong took them to their halmeoni’s house since they haven’t been there for ages,” Mrs. Im answered after sipping her tea.“And they’ll be back this Monday,” Mr. Im chimed in.“Oh I see,” I simply replied. Jaejoong oppa had done a very good job to maintain his relationship with his in-laws even though their daughter had passed away.“Unnie, here goes your tea.” Nana passed me a cup of warm tea and I smiled at her. Then, I lifted the cup to have a sip.Suddenly, my cell phone rang and I shoved it out from my handbag. I took a glance at the caller’s name. It was Jessica and I hurriedly flick the ‘answer’ button.“Hello, Jessica!”The call ended after a few minutes. My ear felt warm after having a lengthy conversation. Actually, Jessica called me for a reason to invite me over to Yongma Waterfall Park for a two days and one night trip. Jinki and our close officemates, Baekhyun and Taeyeon will be joining as well. I refused to join them since I perfectly knew I would be awkward joining them. Jessica and Jinki were lovers and Baekhyun and Taeyeon were fiancées. If I were to join them, I would be extremely lonely. But after contemplating for a while, I agreed to join them since the kids would not be at home during weekend because Jaejoong oppa had brought them to their granny’s house and for sure, boredom would strike me without their lovable presences.“When you will go?”Mother promptly threw me a question after I ended the call. She must have been eavesdropping my conversation with Jessica just now.“Tommorow, omma and my friends and I will be staying our night at the chalet there,” I replied.Mother nodded in approval meanwhile father did not give me any reaction. But I knew he approved me going there by his face expression. Then, I averted my gaze towards Nana and Joongki, who were grinning so widely. Ah, they must have thought me of going there with my ‘so-called boyfriend’ or maybe they were thinking of something else?***The lively ambience rejoiced our arrival. The water from the waterfall fell in a big pond at the bottom was just refreshing and idyllic, as though they were letting out our utter tiredness after having a quite long journey.There were a lot of visitors during the day. We were told that all the rooms in the chalet were all fully booked. It was kind of fortunate that Jinki had already booked two chalets for us a week before going here.After checking in the chalets and unpacked our luggages, we promptly went off to swim in the soothing waterfall. I was pretty satisfied to swim here because there was no rules and regulations compared to the swimming pools. They had some kind of strict rules like we had to wear the swimming attires. It was very irritating for me, though. That was why I had not been to swimming pools for ages.After swimming for a quite while, I felt kind of hungry. Well, it was not only me. Every one of us felt the same. We had so much fun swimming and of course, we had lost our energy and needed to reenergise by filling our growling tummies.We went to the food stalls to buy some food and we ate them at the vacant pavilion. While we were eating, my pair of eyes caught at a bunch of cars which kept on the striding in and out the entrance and the exit.Out of the blue, my gaze focused at a particular orange-coloured car that stopped nearby our pavilion.
