Stupidity and Pride, Chapter 22: Complicated“Taemin,” you yelled endlessly.As expected, no one replied. You had been looking for him in hours and still no traces of him were found. You were starting to lose the little hope that remained in you.Taemin, where are you? All I want is a little time to think things. Is that so hard that you have to runaway?Suddenly, you heard a boy’s cry.  Sounding so helpless and deep in pain, you became curious.“Taemin!” You exclaimed as you found him in the bench at the park with his knees close to his chest.You didn’t wait for a reaction and hugged him tightly.He was taken aback by the embrace that he stopped crying out loud and just eyed you cautiously, as if he was being attacked by a crazy homeless person. “W-what a—are you do-doing he-here?” he asked, trying to add coldness in his voice.“Babo, of course I was looking for you!” You laughed and smacked his back playfully.Why do you have to act like you really care? You’re confusing me with your actions, Haneul. Sometimes, I don’t know if you cared for me as a lover or just a friend. He harshly shoved you away, which shocked you greatly. The force on the push caused you to stumble a few steps backwards, his eyes bearing coldness. You gulped as you made eye contact with him. You never saw Taemin this angry before.“WHY DO YOU HAVE TO MAKE IT HARDER FOR THE BOTH OF US?! If you don’t want me, at least say it to me instead of giving me false hopes! Please! Just leave me alone.” He looked away, deep inside, he felt bad yelling at you. Seeing your horrified expression crushed him inside.“Taemin, I just want some time to think about things. Is that so hard to give?” “Giving time isn’t hard but, taking back the time is impossible. I’m afraid that I’ll fall and can never get out. Everyday, my feelings for you deepen. What if in the end you choose Minho? Then, my heart will be crushed and I might lose my mind, too. So, while it’s early, while I still can, I want to move on.” He explained.It's more like I'm convincing myself than convincing her. She can never be yours, Taemin. Stop hoping.Still you can't help but to hope that you actually have a chance."Why do things need to be complicated? I want to go back to my dreams of unicorn and candies," he mumbled to himself. Four chapters happened in one night! Can you believe that?!Well, again, I'm sorry for not updating for weeks. Tests came up last week and I was busy(I failed in Algebra TT.TT). Anyays, I'm also busy about birthdays. You know, my family is really huge so I have lots of cousins, uncles, etc. Last weekend was spent just for the 7th birthday of my girl cousin and my other boy cousin, who's now 19, I think. and this coming Sunday, I have another party to go to. So, just saying, it might take another long time for me to update.Does someone even read my notes? Does someone still reads my story?
