Kris’s POV

I keep rewatching those videos on my phone. Video of Yixing first step, video of us playing on the playground, amusement park, and beach. Another video of Yixing tasting oden and tteokpokki for the first time. He looks so cute while holding the oden hotness. I can’t stop smiling watching all of them. It makes me miss them more. I’m wiping my tears while sliding my screen to play the next video. Suddenly I hear a knock my door. Who’s coming?

“Appaaaa!”

Impossible.

My hand shaking while unlocking the door. I pull the door slowly and welcome by the sight of my half soul. Smiling widely and beautifully.

“Appaa!” Yixing rushing inside then hugs my leg. “I miss appa...”

I’m running my fingers through Yixing hair. This is real. He is my son.

My eyes still locked with Arin. Her bright smile melts my heart away.

“I bring some food,” said her while showing a big box. Still with her bright smile.

Why I can’t think clearly? Kris definitely won’t go that far. He won’t go to his friends place either since all of them already married. Or had a girlfriend. He won’t disturb them for any kind of sake. No.

He stays in our previous apartment. Yes, the apartment that we used to stay together before. He was taking master degree while I was working as his best friend personal assistant. We spend two years live together until he asked me to be his another half. Right after he graduated.

A lot of things happened here. That’s why we decided to keep this place. Not sell it nor rent it. It has so many memories. If my parents or Kris parents come to visit us, they will stay here. It’s not that far from our current house. Only four blocks apart.

I was reheating our food while Yixing happily playing horses with Kris. His laugh and smile are priceless. No one can replace that. No one.

“Omma... Is the food finish?” asked Yixing while got me looking at him.

“In a moment baby...”

“Oh! Appa! Can we order pizza please?” asked Yixing cutely. He knows his way.

I can see Kris looks thinking so hard. “Okay, what kind of topping that you wish?” asked him while taking his phone.

“I want a lot of cheese and pepperoni!” He smiles widely.

“Yes...”We spend this day together. From having lunch with pizza, playing hide and seek, going out to buy ice cream then stop by at the playground. My heart filled

Since we only had a bedroom here, now three of us here. Getting ready to sleep. It’s really been a long time we are not sleeping together. Last time is when Arin still breastfeeding him.

“Are you happy today baby?” asked Arin while soothing Yixing hair.

He nods excitedly. “I am verrry happy until I can’t sleep.”

“No, you need to sleep, baby. It’s already late.”

He pouts cutely.

“We can go somewhere tomorrow. Now you need to sleep to gain your energy,” said me.

“Where are we going appa?” asked him.

I kiss his hair. “Tomorrow...”

He still pouting his lips.

“Good night baby...”

“Good night appa... Good night omma...”

Yixing and Arin start to close their eyes. Oh I’m sleepy too. Alright let’s sleep to gain our energy for tomorrow.I thought I was
