oo4 ;  Seungyeon pushed open the door of her apartment tentatively. Seeing that all the lights were already out, she tiptoed in quietly and closed the door slowly behind her. After slipping out of her heels carefully, she set them aside neatly and started to make her way towards the bedroom.“Where have you been?”She jumped back startled by the sudden voice. Instinctively, her head turned towards the sofa area, where the source of the voice had come from.“Why aren’t you asleep yet?” she asked him as she backtracked a few steps to switch on the lights. Her eyes took a few moments to adjust to the brightness, but she could still see him sitting at the far end of the couch clearly – with a grim expression on his usual serene face.“Waiting for you,” he replied simply and lifted up his eyes to meet her gaze.Seungyeon immediately averted her eyes away.“It’s late, Joonmyun,” she said and walked towards the kitchen instead of the bedroom which she had intended on earlier. She heard him getting up from his seat and following her from behind.She opened the refrigerator and pulled out a carton of milk.“You’ve been coming home later than usual these past few nights,” he commented as she reached over for an empty glass.Pouring the milk until it half-filled the glass, she said, “A lot of work that needed to be done.
