Let’s go back to the time when the junior high are still practicing.                While dancing, Jiyeon noticed that L can’t seem to memorize their dance. He keeps on doing wrong choreography and he keeps on stepping on Jiyeon’s feet.L: Oh. I’m really really sorry.Jiyeon: Are you ok?L: hmm..Jiyeon: If you can’t catch up with the dance…L: Please don’t find another partner. I promise to do well on our dance.Jiyeon: Calm down. He keeps on staring at Jiyeon.Jiyeon: Yah! Pay attention to the dance.L: But I can’t.Jiyeon: Why? What’s the matter? Is there something wrong with me?L: Yes. You look perfect and it seems wrong.Jiyeon: Pardon?L: Forget it. Let’s start again.                Jiyeon and L started from the beginning once again. L noticed that Jiyeon is feeling tired and she’s getting warm.L: Gwenchana?Jiyeon: Yes.L: Are you sure? Maybe you should rest.Jiyeon: No. You should memorize this dance first befoore we go home.                L is really worried for Jiyeon so he did his best to memorize their dance and execute it properly so that Jiyeon can go home. It’s already very late when they finished practicing. When they were about to go out of the school, they realized that the gate was already locked and the guard was not around anymore.L: It’s locked. Oh no! what should we do? You should rest now.Jiyeon: I don’t know. Maybe we’ll just wait till the guard arrives.L: We can’t just wait here. It’s so cold and it’s about to rain. Let’s go inside the room.                L and Jiyeon just went inside L’s classroom. When they got inside the room, it rained very hard. Jiyeon is very sick and she got a cough and a cold.Jiyeon: *cough* *cough*L: Jiyeon it will be ok. The rain will stop later and you will go home immediately.Jiyeon: It’s so cold..*shiver*                Jiyeon had no sweater while L has. He put it off and covered it to Jiyeon.L: Here. Put this on.Jiyeon: How about you? You’ll feel cold.L: Don’t worry about me. I’m fine. Worry about yourself.Jiyeon: Thanks. But you should worry about yourself too.L: I’ll be fine. I’m not sick. Come here.                L let Jiyeon to lean on him. Jiyeon is still feeling cold so he hugged her tightly.Jiyeon: What are you doing?L: Ssh. Just rest there. We’ll just wait till the rain stops. You can take a nap if you want to.Jiyeon: But you’ll get tired. I’ll be fine.L: No. You’re still cold so I need to warm you up.Jiyeon: *cough* *cough* Thanks.                Jiyeon just smiled and took a nap on L’s shoulder. L just kept on hugging Jiyeon so she will not feel cold. When Jiyeon fell asleep, he just stared at Jiyeon, kissed her forehead and sang to her.L: Be mine. I love you, okay? I worry about you, okay? I’ll take care of you till the end. Be mine. You know me, right? You saw me, right? I’ll protect you till the end. (Be Mine – Infinite)                After that, L just leaned on Jiyeon’s head and fell asleep too. Early in the morning, the janitor found L and Jiyeon inside the classroom so he woke L up. L woke up then and carried Jiyeon to their house.Omma: Omo! What happened to my daughter? Why did she not go home last night?L: It’s a long story ma’am. Can I take Jiyeon first to her room? She’s really sick.Omma: Ok. This way.                L brought Jiyeon to her room. After that, he told Jiyeon’s mom what happened.Omma: So what happened to Jiyeon? And who are you?L: By the way, good morning ma’am. I’m L. Jiyeon’s friend.Omma: Why were you with my daughter? What did you do to her?L: Don’t worry ma’am. I didn’t do anything to her. I’m her dance partner for the cotillion. We were practicing last night and when we’re done, the gate was closed. She was really sick last night but we can’t go out so I just took care of her until we just fell asleep. I’m sorry for bringing her late. I promise it won’t happen again.Omma: Oh I see. Thanks for taking care of Jiyeon. You’re really a good friend. I can’t imagine what will happen to Jiyeon if you were not there.L: It’s nothing ma’am. I care for Jiyeon so I won’t let anything bad happen to her. But it’s also my fault. If I only memorized our dance, we would not be locked there.Omma: It’s ok.
