Cham heard the door open then close a minute after she had went right through it. She heard footsteps getting nearer. She didn’t need to turn around to know it was him. Cham continued walking calmly, though it was obvious she was walking faster than normal. She hurriedly went up the stairs. The footsteps followed her. She remained calm. Cham went directly in front of her room and searched for her keys as fast as she could. She found them but she wasn’t that fast enough.“Yah, could we just talk?” Junsu said, almost to her ear, before she could put the key into the keyhole.Cham turned to face him. “Yah! Are you some sort of psychopath or are you just plain stupid?” she asked fiercely as she glared at him.“B-bwo?” Junsu asked.“Haven’t I’ve been clear earlier? Don’t you get that I don’t want anything to do with you? Why the hell are you still here?”“Yah, yah, yah! Why the hell are you that angry?”“I already told you…” Cham said as she turned and finally put the key into the keyhole, turning it to unlock the door. “I don’t like rich, spoiled type of guys like you.” She opened the door and quickly went inside. “Now, if you don’t mind, leave me alone!”Cham was about to slam the door shut but Junsu’s foot slid in to block it in time. He pushed the door open and let him inside as Cham scowled at him.“Wow. Nice place you got here.” Junsu said as he looked around.“YAH!” a furious Cham yelled. “Can’t you understand the phrase ‘leave me alone’? What the hell do you really want from me?”“Chill…” Junsu answered. “Look, I promised earlier, I wouldn’t leave you alone if you let me make it up to you.”“Aigoo…” Cham muttered. “You can really make up to me by going out of here now and never coming back!”“Aish…” Junsu exclaimed. “Look, we really, really got on the wrong foot. Could we just start over again?” he asked sincerely. Junsu reached out his hand and introduced himself in a gentle voice. “I’m Kim Junsu.”“Pshf.” Cham scoffed. “I know that already.”“Yah, yah, yah! We’re starting over, right?”“Aish, fine.” Cham sighed. Since this guy doesn’t seem to give up, she might as well go along with it. “Annyeonghaseyo, Kim Junsu-sshi. Nice to meet you. I’m Park Cham. There.” She answered dryly and mechanically.Junsu pouted at this girl’s lack of interest. But, it seemed, this was the reason he was drawn to her.“Hmm, I guess that’ll do.” He said. Junsu then turned towards the door and motioned a hand for her to come. “Now, is it okay if we go out somewhere?”“E-eh?” Cham was dumbfounded. It sounded like he was asking her to go out on a DATE.“Yah! Don’t play dumb. I told you I’m gonna make it up to you.”“I know that!” Cham said. “But it sounded… Aish! Nevermind.”

“What? Fine. I’ll treat you out to coffee, then.” He rephrased. “Come on… this is the last time. Please…”Junsu pouted. Cham couldn’t believe that a fully grown guy would look so cute when he pouts. No, wait, she thought to herself. He’s not cute.“Please…” Junsu said again when there was no response from Cham. She sighed. “Fine. But this is the last time you’ll ‘make up for it’.” Cham said through gritted teeth as she convinced herself that this WOULD be the last time she will have to be in the presence of this guy.“Araso~!” Junsu said cheerfully. Last Time? Please, he thought to himself. I wouldn’t be too sure.`----------♫♪♥♪♫----------`Cham sat stiffly on the passenger seat. Beside her was Junsu, happily humming a tune as he drove. She felt uncomfortable. The fact that she was in some kind of million-dollar car already made her uneasy, add the fact that she was, yet again, with this psycho loony bag that seriously had social issues.“Why am I here again?” she asked herself silently.

“Here we are.” Junsu announced cheerily. The car stopped in front of a fancy, expensive restaurant − the kind that only the rich people go to, the kind wherein you have to wear fancy clothes to fit right in. Cham looked down on her white nursing uniform. She frowned. This was certainly not THE outfit to wear at such a place.“Uh… We’re going here?” Cham said, almost unbelievingly.“Yeah. Why, you don’t like it here?”“Couldn’t we just go to some coffee shop or something?”“Eh? Wae?” Junsu asked with another pout.“Are you kidding me? Look at that thing! I think even just a glass of water is already worth thousands there.” She whined.“Aigoo. The water there is free.” Junsu said dumbly, taking her hyperbolic statement seriously.Cham looked at him incredulously. “That was an exaggeration.”“Oh…” Junsu said, attempting to ignore his embarrassment. “Aigoo.” He cleared his throat and got out of the car. Junsu then proceeded to the passenger side door and opened it, waiting for Cham to get out. She didn’t.“Yah! I told you, a coffee shop would be okay.”“Yah! Stop your whining. We already went to a coffee shop the last time!”“But…” Cham tried to argue but Junsu cut her off.“No buts.” He said. Junsu held out his hand for Cham. She just ignored it and slumped down on her seat. Junsu sighed again. He inhaled deeply and went on to grab her hand.“Yah!” she almost yelled.“Aish! You’re being stubborn!” Junsu said as he tried to get her out of the car as gently as he could. Junsu wouldn’t want to do the same mistake he did the last time.“Aigoo…” Cham muttered dejectedly. He got out of the car, holding onto Junsu hand for support. “There.” She stated irately as she got out of the car.Junsu smiled, not because she finally got out of the car but because they were still holding hands. Just like a couple would do on a date. Junsu blushed at the thought. It wouldn’t be that bad to go on a REAL date with this girl, he thought to himself.“Yah, Kim Junsu-shhi!” Cham called at the idiotically smiling buffoon. He didn’t move. He seemed to be staring and blushing at something. Cham followed his gaze and saw that he was staring at their intertwined hands. She felt her cheeks go hot. Cham instantly pulled her hand away. She cleared her throat and looked away from Junsu.“Oh, uh, mianhe.” Junsu muttered half-heartedly, embarrassed at his idiotic action.Awkward moment #1.They stood there silently in front of the restaurant. Both of them looking away from each other. Junsu wanted to say something but he couldn’t while Cham just wanted to get this over with.“Yah!” a voice suddenly said, making the two jump.Junsu smiled widely as he saw who it was.“Hyung~!” he squeaked a call.Jaejoong smiled back and went nearer to them.“What are you doing here?” Junsu asked.“Oh, I’m meeting my mother. How about you? Oh wait… I think I know.” Jaejoong answered. He added the last part when he saw the beautiful girl with Junsu.“Uh… yeah.” Junsu said. He looked at Cham, who was also looking at Jaejoong. “Cham-sshi, this is Jaejoong-hyung. Hyung, Cham-sshi.”Jaejoong flashed a wide smile. “Nice to meet you, Cham-sshi.” He said with a bow.Junsu smirked at his hyung’s action. “Don’t waste your time. I’m sure she’ll just snob you like she did to me.” He thought to himself. To Junsu’s surprise, Cham bowed too.“Nice to meet you too, Jaejoong-sshi.” She said with a sweet smile – a smile that Junsu never had seen before from her.“Well, I’ll go first. Umma’s probably waiting inside.” Jaejoong declared. He flashed a smile again to both of them – his smile to Cham was longer than Junsu’s for a fraction of a second, as the younger man had observed – and went inside the restaurant.Cham stood frozen in her place. She watched as the handsome and beautiful young man disappeared into the restaurant. She’d never thought that she would be graced by an angel’s presence while she was still alive. Cham smiled widely to herself. She felt her cheeks get hotter than it had before.Cham was too absorbed in her daze caused by the angelic Jaejoong that she had forgotten she was with Junsu. He frowned. Junsu hadn’t missed Cham’s sudden change of emotion when Jaejoong came along. He swallowed nervously, desperately hoping that she wasn’t that attracted to his hyung. -------------------;♥♥
