Yuri's POV I had thought that by being near her, we would finally...get along again. But Yoong was gone most of the time. And Taeyeon had locked herself up as well, claiming she was just doing training and research."Sica, what did you do now?""What makes you think it was my fault?" She defensively asked.I rolled my eyes and just simply looked at her. She sighed."It's...nothing" She mumbled.I just shook my head and went to find Taeyeon. She was just poking the ground with a stick outside, her wolf near by her as usual. At first, I was cautious, but he didn't seem bad...the wolf looked at me as I went closer but said or did nothing."Taeyeon, what happened between you and Sica?" I sat on the ground next to her."Nothing""Tae--""It's what it means, Yuri. I mean nothing happened. And maybe nothing ever will" She sighed.I looked at her questioningly."I asked her if I was anyone special to her...she said we were just playing"I mentally facepalmed myself. Sica, why would you lie to her? Clearly, you have some feelings for her."Playing around, right? I suppose that's what it was" She laughed, a hollowness to it."Taeyeon, I'm sure she didn't mean it. I mean, it's Sica...you know she doesn't convey her feelings--"She stood up."You don't need to make excuses for her, Yuri. I know when to stop being hopeful now"She disappeared into the place, the wolf staying behind."She's depressed" The wolf, Ryner, said."Depressed?"But he said nothing more, going back inside. I fingered at the necklace. Yoona had been gone for two days now and already, I felt like a piece of me was gone. Taeyeon just said she had gone to scout. When I had asked her why she had gone alone, she didn't answer. I sighed and went back inside to find Sunny in the greenhouse, working as usual."Anything useful?""Lots. Taeyeon really is a genius when it comes to this stuff. This could revolutionize medicine, Yuri" Sunny said enthusiastically."You heard about Sica and Taeyeon?""Oh please, its like gossip central here""Why would Sica lie to Taeyeon?""Who knows? Sica's stubborn and won't admit she misses Taeyeon. Just like how you miss Yoona"I started to argue, but then sighed, knowing she was right.  Taeyeon's POV I couldn't concentrate at all anymore after my conversation with her."Sica...was I anyone special to you?"She was silent."We...were just playing, Taeyeon. That's all"And that hurt me deeply. Why did I have such hopes thinking that a player like her would fall in love? Especially with me. I stood up and just walked away, forcing myself not to cry.I felt someone wrap their arms around me and knew who it was. "You can just let it out, Taeng"Her wore made me break out into tears. Soon, I calmed down."T-Thanks Yoong...when did you come back?""Just now. I assume things didn't go well with Sica?"I smiled bitterly at her. "Let's just focus on work now. I got my answer"She looked at me, but nodded. We went to the lab where Yuri and the others were. I avoided Sica's gaze on me. Yoong dropped a bag on the table."What is this?""More Nova crystals. Same kind that we found the other time""You defeated these? And without a scratch?" Fany stared at her."I got lucky" Yoong just answered."Sunny and I will work more on the medicines. If we can produce more in a shorter time period, things could look well for us" I said."I'll work on these cores. Maybe we can get a lead. Fany and Hyo, how's your training coming along?""We're still getting the hanging of it, but it's getting easier for us" Hyo gave a thumbs up."Good. Yuri and Sica will continue to work on their regiment"I pulled Yoong back to talk to her."I received a message from Seohyun yesterday. More Blazers have gotten injured. But that's not all. A mysterious organization calling themselves The Order have raided the school. Even the headmistress was powerless""The Order?""I looked into them and can't find anything about them. From what Seohyun managed to tell me, they seem like a radical group""Could they be behind this all?""Maybe. But the students there are afraid. Seohyun and Sooyoung are worried as well""They're in more danger. Whoever these people are...""Seohyun did say the leader's name was going by the name Tarkett. They all wear masks so they hide themselves. But they all have one thing in common, a tattoo in the shape of what seems to be a triangle. She managed to get us a picture" I showed her it.She frowned."I don't recognize it. I'll do some more research. Meanwhile, it's dangerous for Seohyun to keep giving messages to us. I assume we'll hear less from her, if at all. If that's true, then we're really on our own now" Yoong said and I nodded.I trusted Yoong to find out what it was. If anyone could, it was her. I went back to the greenhouse."Taengoo, about Sica--""I don't want to talk about it, Sunny. I know you're trying to help, but nothing to help. We're done" I curtly said.~~~~~~~~Sunny's POV I was happy to be reunited with Taengoo and Yoong again. Being apart from them made me feel incomplete and with them, I felt more confident and stronger we could defeat whoever was behind this. Yoong had shared everything she knew and had found out and we had all dug in deeper. Meanwhile, Sica and Taeyeon was avoiding each other...mostly Taeyeon avoiding Sica. Sica was hurt, but she had made it this way. Yoong went on scouting missions and were gone for days at a time. Yuri looked like a lost puppy whenever Yoong was gone. The two hadn't been able to properly talk either. I just shook my head. We had so many problems right now. But we were making some progress. Together with Taeyeon, we had made huge progress in how many extract more from these herbs to help. Currently, we had a room dedicated to store these. Fany and Hyo only showed up to eat. Whatever Yoong had them training on, they were gone most of the time. "Sica, how long are you going to sit there looking grouchy?""I'm not grouchy!" She grumbled."I rest my case. Why'd you even have to tell Taengoo that you were just playing around, Sica? Right now, you two could be blissfully happy now that you two are reunited. It's seriously killing the mood, you know" I sighed."I...I guess I was just scared, Sunny""You, Jessica Jung, scared?" I snorted. "Don't you still wonder why they ever left in the first place?""So you're still hung up about that? I'm sure they did it for a good reason. They did everything for Blazers back then and they're helping us now. And if you love them, you believe and trust in them no matter what, Sica" I said.She looked guilty and I sighed, patting her shoulder."Go have a real talk with Taeyeon. And I'm going to push for Yuri and Yoong to have the same talk. Because we need you four to work together or else we're all doomed" I said.I nearly ran into Yoong on my way out and she looked surprised when I told her to go talk to Yuri."Just solve this once and for all" Was all I said. Taeyeon's POV I was in my room, sulking again. My wolf was near me as usual."You should go talk to her" He said."What are you, my therapist now?" I grumbled.He merely let out a chuckle. I heard a knock and I grumbled, wanting to just be alone."You should open the door. It's her" He said.I wasn't surprised anymore. He could apparently tell who it was by their....presence. Or so he told me."If you won't, I'll go break it down"I scowled at him and went to open the door, dragging my feet to my bed, not even greeting her."Taeyeon...""I'll leave you two alone"I swore I saw him wink to Sica, who seemed flustered. I just shook my head, seeing things now. When he left, we fell into silence."What do you want, Sica?"I could see the hurt in her eyes when I coldly asked her. I had never used that tone with her before, but she had hurt me."Taeyeon...tell me...why did you and Yoona leave?""Is that what you're worried about? Worried we might be traitors?" I angrily asked."Please, Taeyeon"I stiffened when she hugged me from behind."I do love you...I'm sorry I lied. Yes, I'm scared. But I also want to know the truth. Sunny told me that if you truly loved someone, you would believe and trust them. And I do trust you, Tae. So no matter what you tell me, I'll be on your side"I turned around and looked her in the eye. She seemed to be telling the truth. Just then, I got a text and sighed."Sica..."So I spent the next hour explaining everything to her. She was shocked. "We had no choice but to escape, Sica. We..." I exhaled.I finally got it off my chest and I felt relieved. Only I was nervous now about her reaction."I-Is it really true?"I took her hand and took it as a good sign when she didn't pull away."I wanted to go back. We both did. No matter if we were just playing around, Sica. I loved you and Yoong loved Yuri. You two made our life. But...we couldn't just stand by after that"I was shocked when she kissed me but I eventually kissed her back."You idiot..." She burst into tears and I held her, relishing in the fact that I could finally do this after all this time. Yuri's POV Sunny had forced us to talk to each other. Yoong seemed calm like always. I had never seen her be afraid or tense, not even during a battle. "Sunny said the reason why me and Taeyeon left is still an issue" Yoong spoke, breaking our thirty-minute silence.I nodded slowly, kind of afraid. She sighed."Yuri...what did you first think when you heard?""I...I thought a lot of things. I hated you for leaving...I...missed you...then we heard...I...I just felt a lot" I couldn't explain in words."Sica probably knows by now as I told Taeyeon to tell her. Yuri...do you want to know?"I swallowed and looked into her eyes. I then nodded firmly. It was now or never. I wouldn't run away anymore.For a long time, she talked about why and what had happened. I was stunned. Stunned that our government had done this to them. When she finally stopped, I didn't know what to think."Yuri...?" She seemed uneasy."H-How could you! H-How could you keep this from us?! From me?!" I nearly cried.She hugged me and I sobbed. Like a big baby. "We couldn't let you two or the others get involved. There was nothing to be done""You always analyze everything so freaking calmly. You--"She forced me to look into her eyes."You think we wanted to?! You think I wanted to? I loved you, Yuri! Do you know how hard it broke me when we left? I--"She exhaled and let go of me."I loved you so much, Yuri..."I then hugged her so tightly, never wanting to let her go again. There was a knock and Sica and Taeyeon entered. I quickly wiped my tears."So now you two know...what are you going to do?" Taeyeon quietly asked."It's....overwhelming. To think that our own government would..." Sica shook her head.Yoong looked sad...and afraid for the first time. I took her hand and she seemed surprised."What they did was wrong. We were just...mad that you left us. We thought the worst...but putting that aside, could they be behind this all?" I asked."We don't know anything...but we never wanted to run. But they were going to execute us. We had to run. They'd probably just tell the other students that we had been expelled..." Yoong said."The others should know" Sica firmly said.The two sighed but reluctantly nodded. As we left, I got pulled back by Yoong and blushed at what she said....damnit...she still made me feel this way....   *********Sorry for the late updates...erm...hope this went well?
