Mei Zhen let out a sigh. She shook with fatigue, and sat on the ground. Both Angels and Vampires ran towards her. “Are you ok?” Kris asked as he knelt down.  She looked up in to his dark eyes and smiled brightly. “I’m fine” Standing up she turned to the leaders again. “Well.. What happens now?” Kris ran his hand through his hair and sighed “Well. First things first, Since you’ve made the decision to stay here, we’re going to have to cover up your ties in the real world for now. You’re going to have to stay with us. And we’re all going to have to stay in one place.” He turned to Soohyun “One of us is going to have to move in with the other” both sides started to hiss and sputter, until Suho raised his hand and Kiseop shot a glare at the angels. Soohyun thought for a moment before speaking. “Well… It is harder for Vampires to adjust to the light than it is for Angels to adjust to the dark.” He turned around and faced his brethren. “Go home now. Gather your things. We move in tonight if we want to stay with Mei Zhen” He turned back to Kris and Suho. “Although we honour the treaty, and know well that you do too, we cannot place our trust in you yet. We’ll be back before dawn”  Kris nodded and they left.The Vampires all started to speak at once. They were confused and upset. Meng Kai and Mei Zhen stood off to the side, watching the boys voice their thoughts. Suho hushed them and spoke “The catacombs run deep and far. There is plenty of room. I advise you stay farther away from the west wing, where they will reside. It’ll be bright and you can get sick if you’re around it too long. You will respect the treaty. Not that you have a choice. The bond made by Mei Zhen cannot simply be broken, even if we tried. Even so Kai, I want you to be extra careful. And on that note, Meng Kai. We need your decision.” Mei Zhen looked at her friend, who was frowning at the ground. “I. I feel like it is my duty. For my ancestors.” She looked up and nodded. “I’ll stay.” Suho nodded and turned to Kris “She’ll need to be turned soon then. The human aspect of her will still be in danger while she’s in the presence of both us and the Angels.” Kris nodded and glanced at Kai, who was also frowning in to the distance. Suho spoke again. “Listen, we’re going to have to work together. Mei Zhen is right. It’s going to take a lot of hard work and pain, but we your leaders believe it is possible. Was it not natural in the beginning of time?” Tao scowled “We are no longer in the beginning of time. The times are different now, Leader. We must change with the times.” Kris growled “There is a difference between adapting and falling out” Suho continued “I hope you are all prepared for pain. All changes hurt, whether they be physical or mental. It’s time for us to grow up” Kris stepped forward again “I don’t believe this will be easy and you should be on your guard for anything. I don’t know what it is but we have been feeling a stronger force growing. It’s too early to know if its menacing or not, but I don’t have any good feelings about something so strong. It’s something ancient. Something we have felt before.”The Vampires all filed back in to their abode, with Mei Zhen and Meng Kai following after them. Mei Zhen looked over at Meng Kai. Whispering she asked “Are you sure about this? You’re going to have to be dead to the outside world..” Meng Kai looked up “No. I’m not sure about this in my head. But all my heart has whispered is yes. I’m scared Mei Zhen.” Mei Zhen sighed and walked inside closing the door behind them. Behind his door as he heard the light female steps disappear, he slumped down and mumbled “I want you to feel more than your duty…”The Angels gathered in their hall room. Soohyun sighed and looked around.  “Are you all ready? I know this will be hard. But understand that it’s not just hard for us, it’s also hard for them. We have been apart so long as forces that I don’t know what it’s going to be like. Polishing away the rust is going to take a long time and it’s not going to be painless. I’ve been uncomfortable for several weeks now. Something is out of place and I cannot put my finger on what it is. It’s almost familiar but like nothing I have ever felt in this lifetime. Just be careful. Are you ready to go? Kiseop lock the door behind you.”As the hours rolled by, the Vampires waited alone in their rooms, every one of them on edge. Sehun had been to Chen’s room and informed him of what had happened, and he now sat up in bed clenching his eyes closed and willing the sight to come back. It never did. Now the very ones that had impaired him and kept him from protecting Mei Zhen were coming to stay with them, and to PROTECT MEI ZHEN. His anger overcame him and he let out a strangled yell. At the end of the hall Mei Zhen heard the sound and stood up to rush in to the room. Lay opened his door and stopped her though. Grabbing her arm he shook his heard and softly said. “You’ll only remind him and make him more frustrated.” Mei Zhen’s bottom lip trembled and her eyes began to fill. She took one sharp breath before Lay enclosed his arms around her and let her cry. “It’s okay MeiMei. It’s okay. I’m here now.” He brought her closer and rest his chin on her head. Upstairs, a hand gave a light knock on the door, and outside stood seven men. Waiting.   A/NWHACHU TALKIN BOUT WILLIS. I don't know where that came from . Anyhow.
