"Well, you never heard my side of the story have you?" Jackson looked at the others then back at Jaye. "I never did and I would love to," she replied crossing her arms.  "I heard that you asked the ice princess out to the Valentines day ball," said the girl who stood behind Jackson. "Yeah, and what does that have to do with you?" he replied sounding annoyed. "Well, Im here to tell you that you're going with me and not her." she said to him with a smirk on her face. "And why's that? Why would I even go with a bitch like you? Don't you have those other perverted guys hanging around you who follows you everyday?" he said slamming his locker loudly. "If you don't go with me, that girl is going down." She whispered in his ear as if she was threatening him. He scoffed when he heard her say that,"You think that girl's scared of you? She's scared of nothig I'm telling you, not even death." As he was about to walk away, she pulled him quickly into a kiss and it was just the moment when Jaye was looking. Jackson looked at the girl in shock, then as Jaye. He watched Jaye look at him in disgust and walked away. When she left, the girl immediately pulled away and looked at him. "That's what you get for breaking up with me, flower boy." She then waved him goodbye and left to class leaving the boy staring at her in anger and shock.On the night, Jackson arrived at the ball early to wait for the girl. But surprisingly, the girl arrived with another boy. Jackson went up to her and said, "What is the meaning of this?! You made me dump Jaye jsut to come here for this bullshit?! And now you're here with another guy?!" The guy next to the girl looked and her as she motioned the boy to give her and Jackson some space, the boy went to sit on a table not far away. The girl then turned to Jackson and smirked at him, "You think that I would actaully go to the ball with a player like you? Please, wake up! I dont know what I ever saw in you..." After that, she motioned the boy to the dance floor leaving Jackson staring to the floor. He left the ball right after that and started heading home, his head filled with frustration and anger. "What is wrong with me?? Why is the world always against me?? First I lost a chance with her and now my ex lied to me...." he sighed and entered his house. His mother greeted him with a smile and asked, "Honey, doesn't the ball end at 11? Why are you home so early? I thought Jaye was your date." He turned to his mother and smiled weakly, "She didn't go today, that's why I came home early." His mother noticed the sadness then said, "If you want to spend the night in your room having your own time, I don't mind. Just come down for dinner when your father returns." She then contiues to prepare the food. He went up to his room and sat on his bed, he lied down and looked at the ceiling. With the sensitivity of his ears (his powers) he heard Jaye's faint crying. He then started screaming into his pillow, feeling that this way would help him release his anger.They all stared at Jaye, then back at Jackson. He looked down at the ground in shame, all Jaye did was sigh. "I guess i was just taken over by the hatred that was in me for all these months.. And Im just making this small situation like a big deal...". Jeno went over to her and patted her back, "Well, how do you feel now?." As he said the words, Jaye started to change back to her original self from head to toe. "I..feel really guilty" she replied. You then smiled and pulled her into a hug, she then hugged back. There was then a moment of silence, then Dara spoke up. "Well, thats an ending now lets continue the journey shall we?" They then continued walking again, but from behind you could still see a circle of dark smoke...
