At 8 pm I arrived at Red Velvet's dorm. Already from afar you could hear the loud music, at the entrance I could hear the people talk and laugh. Red Velvet's new song was playing, and I sang along as I walked to the elevator.Not knowing if there was any dress code, I had chosen a casual outfit. I was wearing a blue button-up and ripped black skinny jeans with some white sneakers. I was wearing a cap and only had put on light make-up.I arrived at their door. Before I could knock the door was opened and a smiling Seulgi was looking right at me. "Unnie!", she jumped out of excitement and threw her arms around my neck. She smelt like alcohol and Pringles, the scent of her perfume was almost unnoticeable.I patted her slender back as she began giving my face wet and sloppy kisses. After each kiss she giggled drunk not caring about the people in the back looking at us. “Unnie, I’ve missed you so much! I hope you have a present for me.” She finally let go of me and let me take a deep breath. Her hair was a little messed up and her bangs weren’t as neatly as usually, but still she looked like the adorable bear she was. Surprisingly her make-up was still perfect, just her eyes seemed to be heavy, she struggled to keep them open.“I missed you, too, Seulbear. It has been a while since I got to see you outside of work.” I ruffled her hair and she raised her hand to show me to follow her inside the dorm. There were people everywhere dancing, drinking and talking. I spotted a few of my friends and Yeri, who waved excitedly when she crossed eyes with me. “Don’t you want to open up your gift, Seul?”, I asked when we arrived at the table with all the bottles and snacks. She was mixing a drink for me, when her eyes went wide.“Oh, I totally forgot! What is it?” She stopped what she was doing and began searching for the package I hid behind my back. “Is just something I had to buy when I saw it at the store.” I handed her the package wrapped up in paper with flowers on it. Seulgi grabbed it eagerly and ripped of the paper. It appeared a white box, with a bear printed on it.The bearlike girl just shot me a glance before lifting up the top. She was holding an alarm clock, which had the shape of a teddy bear. “Byul-unnie, where did you get this from?” Seulgi laughed loudly and gave me another hug, but not a bone crashing one like before. A few days ago, I had passed this little shop on my way to the company and had seen this clock. I knew I had to buy it, because it reminded me of Seulgi. The bear was smiling and just looked so much like Seulgi.“So, I take it as you like my gift? I know it’s not something big, but something related to you.” I hugged her once more, before she said: “I have to go and show this to Joohyun!” She left my embrace and was gone before I had the chance to say anything. The last thing I saw was her dark hair disappear into the crowd of people.I felt really relieved. Taking out Yongsun’s things, coming to this party, seeing my friends and living like I should have the last years, was making me happy.
