The Painful Truth (1/1)

The small young man looks at the documents that Seohyun has brought into his office and Suho spends the whole day doing his work and trying to get his mind off of thinking about Baekhyun who still has not told anyone that he is pregnant. The only people who know that he is pregnant are still just Suho, Sehun, Kris and Kyungsoo.The young woman curiously stares at Suho's face and softly, she walks to the small young man's side and slips in a white card in front of Suho making the small young man startled and look at the white envelope with curiosity."What is this?" Suho asks."Just open it." Seohyun says making the small young man take the small white envelope and open it and when he reads the contents of it, his eyes automatically widen."When did you decide on doing this? Did you guys get engaged already?" Suho asks with a curious look on his face and Seohyun shows the ring to the small young man making Suho gasp and take Seohyun's hand to his."When did this happen? Why didn't I know about this?" The small young man asks making the young woman laugh a little."You have been busy with your stuff and I didn't want to bother you... besides, it's just going to be a small ceremony with the family and we said that we could get engaged for like a month or two and decided to have a winter wedding." The young woman says making Suho sigh a little."Still, you should have told me or is it that you are rushing getting married because you guys are expecting?" Suho curiously asks while looking at his best friend."What are you saying? Geezzzz.. there is no such thing, okay... Eli and I think that it is a good year to have a small wedding and you do know that we have been going out for quite a long time already." Seohyun says making the small young man nod."Yeah... it's been too long and I think you deserve to be happy after all these years of waiting and Eli is a good man... you're quite lucky to have him you know." Suho says to the young woman making Seohyun huff a little."Don't you think that he is the one who's lucky to have me?" Seohyun says making the small young man laugh a little."Yeah... that is true too, both of you are just lucky to have one another and congratulations again." The small young man says."What about you and Kris? Any progress in your relationship?" Seohyun asks while sitting down in front of Suho and the small young man sighs a little."So far, so good... I have some worries about our relationship but what I'm concerned the most right now, and is making my head spin, is Baekhyun." The small young man says making Seohyun knit her brows."What is it? Is there anything that I could help with?" Seohyun asks and Suho just shakes his head."It's still a secret that we need to keep but it will soon be revealed when Baekhyun could not keep it a secret any longer and by that time, I will tell you everything." The small young man says making Seohyun nod."Fair enough. You do know where to find me when you need me." The young woman says making Suho nod and let Seohyun continue with her work.The small young man sighs a little as he takes one last look at the card before slipping it to his work bag and noting on the date on his phone and he notices that he will be in his cycle that week making the small young heave out another sigh as he needs to think about what to wear to Seohyun's wedding as a woman.   After Baekhyun decided not to tell anyone about his pregnancy, Suho made one of the biggest decisions in his life; he talked to his parents to say that he wanted to move out after both of his parents renovated the pool house just for him. Suho just says he wants his own private home and to live with his cousins and that he bought a big house and lot with the help from Eli and Kris, they managed to get a house that is big enough for four people to live in as it is to protect Baekhyun no matter what.Sehun and Kyungsoo also agreed to move in; Sehun can always be by Baekhyun's side 24/7 while it would be easier for Kyungsoo to monitor the pretty young man and this is the sacrifice that they are willing to do for Baekhyun as they didn't want to let the pretty young man feel lonely while having difficulties with his pregnancy.The small young man's parents were arguing about it for quite some time but in the end, they gave in to their only child's request. They only wish that Suho would always come back to the main house and visit them everytime he can and that is something Suho could promise to his parents.The long hours of working are finally over and the long weekends would start tomorrow and they all decided to spend it by moving into the new house. Suho already put some of his things in the house and he needs to move a few more boxes in his own room and then everything will be settled.The house and lot that Suho bought alone contains 6 rooms and 5 bathrooms, the house was built around three years ago by a newlywed couple who were one of the known celebrity couples in the country. They were hoping to have a big family after they got married but then they got divorced just after two years of marriage and wanted to sell the house to liquidate it and the money from the sale would serve as alimony. Suho grabbed the opportunity to buy the house and was satisfied with the condition of the house that still seems pretty new and untouched.Baekhyun will be staying in a bedroom at level one, just like Sehun, and Suho will be in the second floor master bedroom and Kyungsoo is okay to have any room in the house. The young doctor also has his own space for work same as Suho and the small young man renovated one of the rooms to be the library putting in all his books and gathering some from Kyungsoo to put in the library as well. The house also has a beautiful backyard that just has everything that they want; a BBQ grilling set and a relaxing place to hang out with family and friends as they will set up beautiful French-style canapé outdoor sofas. However, since it's the cold season, it will just be an empty space for now and the sofas will be placed outside when spring starts next year."Are you going to be working till late today?" Seohyun asks while peeking from the door and Suho smiles a little."No... I'm waiting for Kris to pick me up, we have a dinner date." The small young man says making Seohyun nod."Then I will see you next Monday." The young woman says."Yeah... have a lovely long weekend." Suho says to his best friend and takes out his phone to call Kris's number. He pushes the green button and waits for the call to be picked up."Hey beautiful." The tall young man says making Suho smile and sigh a little."You do remember that you have to pick me up and that we have a dinner date tonight, right?" Suho asks making the tall young man laugh a little."I'm on my way sweetheart, just went out from the office and I will be there in 15 minutes." The tall young man says making Suho smile."Call me when you arrive and drive carefully, okay?" Suho says and hangs up the phone and then texts his other cousins to remind them about the moving tomorrow. Of course, there will be rewarding food along the way and without the parents coming in tomorrow, everyone is allowed to bring their lovers. Chanyeol would be there and Chen has already came back from his overseas work but Baekhyun still has not met up with the young chef.Suho puts away all the files that he's already seen and opens up his schedule book; by next week, he needs to travel again and it will be the last business trip that he will be having as he decided to stay closer to home and keep an eye on Baekhyun until he makes the final decision on what he's going to do about his future.Minho, as the closest eldest cousin in the royal family, from the same family side as Kris, will be taking over the visiting of the branches and his little brother, Kim Jongin, will be helping him in the office. The tall dark skinned young man is a close friend of Sehun and until now, they both say that they are just friends, but Suho knows that Sehun has one-sided feelings towards the tall young man and in that part, he doesn't want to get involved until Sehun asks for his help since they are all cousins who will be seeing each other's faces during family holidays and celebrations.While his mind is flowing to other things, the tall young man has already arrived and makes his call to the small young man making Suho startled and he picks the phone up with a small smile."Are you here already?" Suho asks sweetly to his lover."I am here... come down." The tall young man says and Suho hangs up the phone and shuts off everything in his office and he notices that everyone in the office has already gone home since they have a long weekend holiday as it's starting from Friday till Sunday.The small young man smiles as he sees the tall young man's car that is waiting for him and he opens up the car door and hops in. He immediately moves to the tall young man's side and they share a sweet long smooch that makes Kris laugh a little and brush his beautiful lover's face with a small sigh."How's your day?" The tall young man asks."Just the usual." Suho answers softly and Kris smiles as he drives away from Suho's office while holding the small young man's hand in his and takes it up to his lips and smooches on it with love.They both head to their favorite restaurant where they could feel comfortable with each other and could have their dinner in a relaxing way and at the same time, they could spend much time together just before the tall young man sends Suho back to his family for the last time today. From tomorrow  onwards, the small young man will be living with his other cousins away from his parents' eyes.They arrive at the restaurant and Suho smiles at the receptionist who welcomes them as they walk hand in hand and hand to their usual spot where they're always placed whenever they eat there.Kris looks over the menu and he picks for both of them which the waitress just gladly serves them as usual."Do you need anything else for tomorrow?" The tall young man asks while looking at his lover."I don't think so... I have everything that I need and jagiya, I'll bring some of your clothes that you forgot to bring back when you spent the night at my parents' home." The small young man says making Kris smile."You'll bring everything?" Kris asks making the small young man nod."If they find out that you slept over while they were not in the house, I might be killed." Suho says making Kris laugh as he remembers that he spent the night at Suho's home when he begged the other that he wanted to see Suho one late night. Kris just wanted to appear in Suho's room using his magic but the small young man properly asked the tall young man not to use any magic in regards to him and their relationship, which then, Suho had to hear the tall young man continue whining about wanting to meet up and with one yes, Kris instantly drives to the small young man's home and they spend a hot and alluring night together while the small young man's parents were away on a short holiday."They allow you to date but don't allow your boyfriend to spend the night? That really is unusual you know." The tall young man says making Suho look at his lover with a small sigh."My parents are kind of old fashioned, okay? It's okay if we do it outside the house, like your home or in a hotel, but not at their home... we need to get married to be sleeping together under their roof."
