Part Time Lover, Full Tim (1/1)

Woohyun awoke and found himself in a familiar room.  Jun was lying beside him on the bed sound asleep.  Woohyun got up from the bed and wondered how he had got here in the first place.  The last thing he remembered was the masked figure injecting him with something before he lost consciousness.  He exited the room and looked around but found no one in small clinic.  He noticed a light from a room at the end of the hallway.

"You're unbelievable!" Sungyeol said as he cleaned up the bloody mess from Sunggyu's wound.  "What kind of idiot jumps off a cliff like that?  You could have died.""It's no big deal," said Sunggyu.  "Just a scratch.""Just a scratch?"  Sungyeol snapped.  "You lost a lot of blood but all you cared about was keeping the kid safe.  You've fallen hard for him, even willing to throw away your life like that."Sunggyu smiled.  "If it's him, I don't mind."Sungyeol shook his head.  "He'll be the death of you."

Sunggyu walked to class with a smile on his face.  He hadn't seen Woohyun over the weekend and couldn't wait to see him.  The minute Sunggyu entered the classroom, his eyes went searching for Woohyun over at his desk by the window.  Their eyes met for a second before Woohyun broke contact and glanced away.  Sunggyu noticed the sad look on the boy's face.

Sunggyu wanted to talk to Woohyun but the second the bell rang, Woohyun walked out the door without a glance back.  Myungsoo noticed Woohyun walking past him and found it strange since Woohyun would always wait to be the last person to leave.  Myungsoo glanced at Sunggyu who looked on as Woohyun disappeared out the door.

During lunch, Sunggyu caught sight of Woohyun in the hallway.  For a brief second, the two stopped to look at each other until Woohyun tried to walk on by.  As he passed Sunggyu, he felt Sunggyu grab onto his hand and dragged him up the stairs to the rooftop.

Sunggyu pushed Woohyun against the wall and placed his hands on either side of him, preventing Woohyun from escaping.  Sunggyu tried to make Woohyun look at him but Woohyun kept his eyes on the ground."Why?" asked Sunggyu.  "Why have you been avoiding me?"Woohyun heard the sadness in Sunggyu's voice.  He slowly raised his eyes to look at the older man.  Before Woohyun could reply, he felt Sunggyu's lips pressed against his own.  Woohyun stood still, letting Sunggyu kiss him, but Sunggyu soon stopped when he realised Woohyun was not responding to his affections.  Sunggyu broke away from the kiss and looked at Woohyun."Why are you doing this to me?" Sunggyu asked pleadingly as he rested his head on Woohyun's shoulder."I don't think we should do this anymore," came Woohyun's reply.Sunggyu was stunned to hear those words.  He looked up at Woohyun, whose expression remained unchanged."Thank you for everything that you've done for me and my brother," Woohyun continued.  "But, I don't want to do this anymore."Sunggyu felt his heart breaking into pieces.  "I love you," Sunggyu confessed.  "Do you not love me?"Woohyun tried to hold back his tears as he looked at Sunggyu but did not respond.  Sunggyu took the silence as his answer.  He took a step back, allowing Woohyun to walk away.  Woohyun headed for the door but stopped at the top of the stairs."Goodbye, Mr Kim," he said, before walking down the stairs with tears streaming down his face.
