<u>Seoul</u>"Hyunseung, get up." Hyuna sat up. "JS~"

"What is it~?" He yawned. "Let me sleep."

"No way, I have to get back to the building, JS. And so do you!" She smacked his head with her pillow."Yeow!" He yelled. "The hell-?!"

"Get up!" She pulled on her clothes. Hyunseung sat up and pouted."Babe, you're not leaving in another hour, you don't need your clothes."

"Sorry, JS, as much as having sex with you is amazing, I need to freshen up." Hyuna grinned."Cold." Hyunseung muttered and jumped out of bed. Hyuna quickly got ready to go to her company, Cube entertainment and walked into the living room. She flopped down on the sofa and turned on the TV. Hyunseung walked in wearing black shorts and a towel around his neck."Working out?" She glanced down at his trainers.

"Mm." He nodded. "Gayoon and Jiyoon are getting back today, right?"

"Mm." Hyuna muttered. "Look, two more girls died..."

"At 3 PM today, Gyeongju officials discovered a horrifying scene at the China Blue hotel. Another two girls have been murdered in cold blood. Officials have refused to answer reporters on the scene, but they have revealed that the murder is very similar to that in Incheon-""It's really bad, how they're moving from place to place." Hyuna sighed.

"Yeah... Hey, Gayoon and Jiyoon get back today, right?"

"Mm hmm, don't ask me the same thing twice, idiot. They said they'll call me when they reach Incheon. They should have called me a bit earlier, though...""They'll call." Hyunseung sat down next to Hyuna and kissed her cheek. "Don't worry."

"Mm..." Hyuna smiled at him."In relation to the murder cases, the police have officially released the identities of the first two victims. Their names are Heo Gayoon and Jeon Jiyoon-"The pictures immediately flashed on the TV screen. Hyuna stiffened. She couldn't believe what she was seeing. She shook her head and looked at the girls again. Yes, those were her best friends."Hyuna-" Hyunseung looked at her in shock. Hyuna trembled all over and stared at him."Jiyoon unnie... Gayoon unnie..."Hyunseung put his arms around her and pulled her closer as she broke down and cried.Gyeongju"Similar patterns as to the first case..." Jaejoong groaned. The limbs of both the bodies were amputated and placed on a piece of white paper. And the body parts were placed somewhat abnormally, drawing out a shape. The limbs were placed in a zigzag manner, looking like rivers. Below, more limbs were placed in such a way to look like arcs. Blood was drawn from the hands all the way down to the edge of the paper."Fucking psychopaths..." Jaejoong grumbled as he bent down next to the discarded body parts, the ones that weren't placed on the piece of white paper."We are definitely dealing with a serial killer here." Kikwang stood up. "I mean, look. Murders in a hotel room, girls being amputated and placed weirdly on white paper-"

"That's right, the killer's MO (modus operandi, or mode of operation) is the same in both cases, so it's definitely the same people." Jina nodded."Who found the girls?" Doojoon looked at the bodies again."One of the cleaning staff." Jaejoong joined the three investigators. "The 'Please clean my room' sign was hung outside on the door knob. The cleaner used the master key to step inside and discovered them.""Do we have any more details on these girls?"

"They only checked in last night. We're looking at the security cameras right now." Kikwang spoke up."Hmm... Jaejoong, is the COD blunt force trauma?"

"Actually, no." Jaejoong inspected the body parts again. "There's no obvious COD as of yet-""We'll figure it out during the autopsy." Kikwang nodded."And one more thing. There are no obvious signs of any struggle. None around the room, no marks of discolouration on the body parts... If I had to guess, I'd say that they were drugged and then killed.""I see...""I can prove that these were the same people." Jina suddenly crouched down next to the white sheet of paper. They all stared at her in surprise as she whipped out a camera and took photos of one of the hands in particular. She stood up and showed them the picture.There was the six pointed star, and in the middle was written A/J. The design had been drawn into the skin."...this was there at Incheon as well, right?" Doojoon said quietly.

"The same..." Kikwang muttered. "I thought that it was just a tattoo...""The killers wanted us to see this." Doojoon said quietly.A couple walked around the streets of Gyeongju, arm in arm. The girl looked at her partner and sneakily slipped her fingers inside his back pocket. He smirked and pulled her closer by her waist."Oh, look, what's going on?" She looked at the crowd in front of the hotel.

"I don't know..." Her brown-haired boyfriend shook his head.

"Officer, what's going on?" The girl asked a red-haired officer."There was a murder here. I request you guys to kindly move on, we're not answering the public just yet."

"I see. Good day, officer." The man nodded and the pair walked on. After walking for ten minutes, the girl looked at her partner and grinned."We are truly amazing liars." She said proudly. "And amazing actors."

"Let's not forget our true motive, babe." He smiled lightly.
