Chapter 129 (1/1)

Seungkwan stands up from the piano.  Sungmin clicked his tongue out of habit and smiled at the singers in front of him.  He gave a couple claps as he looked at two students in particular. "You two, that was spectacular."  Sungmin commented.  "I think we'll be ready for the performance.. In New York."  He said. The class widened their eyes in shock as they looked at Sungmin.  "What?"  Seonghwa thought he heard wrong. "New York?"  Jongho continued before looking up at the taller.  "Did you hear about this?"  He asked. "No."  Seonghwa looked at Jongho before looking at Sungmin. Sungmin had a big smile and he did a little dance at the confused students.  "We're going to perform in New York next week.  So make sure you pack your bags and have a passport ready."  He instructed.  "Keep up the good work with practicing. Yes, you're going to Seungkwan."  He pointed. Seungkwan's heart rate went higher quite quickly.  "Sungmin.."  Kyuhyun shook his head.  "I thought you said you already told them."  He said. Sungmin shrugged.  "Oh well, right?  You guys are doing great, so I know you'll do wonderfully in New York."  He gave a smile to the students once more.  "Class dismissed."  He waved his hands. Seungkwan sighed and watched most of the class leave through the front door of the theater.  He wandered into the back where his backpack is.  He puts his sheet music binder inside before he hears a foot step.  He looked up to see Seonghwa. "Hey.."  He greeted. Seonghwa waved.  "New York though.. Darn, I'll have to teach Hongjoong how to make ramen before I leave."  He sighed, leaning against the wall as he watched Seungkwan clean up his area he had behind stage. "Yeah.. I don't think my parents are going to be the happiest either.. At least we can go together, right?"  Seungkwan smiled a little as he looked up at the other. Seonghwa smiled a little and got off of the wall.  "That's true,"  He said, "if you weren't going, I'd probably go crazy."  He said, walking closer to the boy. Seungkwan chuckled and didn't notice he was backing up.  "Yeah, I have a feeling that Jongho probably would probably go missing."  He said, his back now pressed lightly against the wall. Seonghwa cupped the boy's cheek.  "Maybe we can see it as a date then.."  He said, his body coming closer to the diva. Seungkwan shrugged and put his arms around the taller's neck.  "Maybe.."  He said before they started kissing.  Seonghwa's lips are gentle, kissing the boy's lips very softly and having his hold on Seungkwan's hips very cautiously.  When Seungkwan tilted his head and his lips became weak, the taller put his tongue in Seungkwan's mouth.  Their breaths became deeper and almost audible as the kiss progressed rather quickly. Seungkwan's hand moves to Seonghwa's shirt, pulling up the tucked-in shirt so that he can put his hand up the shirt.  He felt Seonghwa's muscles slowly.  "Seungkwan.."  The taller stopped their kiss with hungry eyes.  "we seriously shouldn't be alone together, I want to make you my stork."  He said, keeping his grip on Seungkwan's hips gentle. "It's okay.."  Seungkwan said.  "I trust you.. You won't hurt me, my crow."  He had big eyes, looking up at Seonghwa.

They blinked a couple times.  "Crow?!"  Seonghwa stepped back. "I uh.."  Seungkwan stayed on the wall as he had shocked eyes.  Seonghwa coughed a little.  "I'm.. I.. uh.."  He looked everywhere else besides Seungkwan.  "I need to go pick Hongjoong up from school.  S-s-see you M-monday."  He said, bowing before leaving. Seungkwan pursed his lips for a moment, wondering what that was about.  Not but a minute later, he hears another round of footsteps.  He looks up to see Jongho and Chenle. "Hm?  Where's Seonghwa?"  Chenle asked. "He uh, had to go pick up his brother."  He said. Jongho held his hips.  "Didn't even say goodbye to us.."  He huffed. "Why do you care?"  Seungkwan lifted an eyebrow.  Jongho left without another word.  Meanwhile, Chenle got closer to Seungkwan. "He and Seonghwa used to be friends until Jongho found out about Seonghwa's crush on you."  He said. "No way."  Seungkwan wouldn't believe it. "Yeah way,"  Chenle said, "those two got along the best when we started class.  Just ask your brother."  He suggested. Seungkwan had his doubts, but then he remembered about how Yeosang and San used to be friends before the whole correction lecture.  He hummed and picked his backpack up.  "So,"  He started walking out of the theater with the Chinese male, "what do you think about going to New York?"  He asked. Chenle shrugged.  "It's going to be different, especially since Jun isn't coming along."  He said. Seungkwan pursed his lips.  "But I think it'll be fun,"  Chenle continued, "and who knows?  Maybe I can practice some martial arts while I'm there.  I haven't done that in ages."  He chuckled. "Ages being three years?"  He nudged. Chenle chuckled.  "I dropped out in E14, so.. It's been about four years."  He put up four of his fingers. "Do you already have a passport?"  Seungkwan asked, turning to a serious note. Chenle partially nodded.  "I got one when I was a kid, but obviously that can't work anymore."  He chuckled.  "Would you and Seokmin like to come with me to get them together?"  He asked with an excited smile. Seungcheol smiled.  "Sure, I should probably get my dad to help too."  He said.  "You already know Cheol."  Chenle hummed and saw his bike.  "I'll see you tomorrow then."  He waved. "Bye, Hyung."  He waved back before continuing to the parking lot where the van is.  And then he remembered that Minghao and Tzuyu are still transferring things with the van. "I guess I'll walk home today.."  He muttered, kicking a pebble that was on the sidewalk.

*** Seungcheol wakes up later in the evening to the divine smell of seasoned beef, dumplings, and more than enough rice to feed Woozi's appetite.  Of course, he woke up seeing Jeonghan's smile.  He rubbed his eyes a bit and sat up.  He did what he needed to do before going down with the younger for dinner.  He sees most of everyone home. Of course Hoshi's not here, but he also notices that Vernon isn't there either.  He did see Sungjae and Jaemin, however.  He picked his chopsticks up after greeting them silently.  "So how did practice go, Seungkwan?"  Jeonghan asked as he put a piece of beef on his husband's rice. Seungkwan looked at the vacant seat next to him with a sigh. Breaking ice is hard for Seungkwan and usually Vernon helps him out by starting the topic or whispering to him what to say.  However, he's on his own for this one.  He hasn't even had the chance to tell Seokmin about it! "Well,"  He scratched his neck, "Jongho and Seunghwa actually practiced well today and saved the fighting for break times.."  He said. Seokmin smirked.  "Seriously, what's with those two?"  He asked in a small chuckle.  "They used to play sports a lot at the beginning of the course.  Add a boy between them and now they're enemies."  He shook his head. Wonwoo held his chin as he stirred the noodles that accompanied the sausages.  "Interesting.. And it's odd that a stork would fight so much over his mate, that's normally a crow trait."  He said, nonchalantly looking at Sungjae and Yeosang.

"I know,"  Seungkwan furrowed his eyebrows, "something made me call him a crow today too."  He admitted. Woozi widened his eyes.  "Why did you call him anything?  What were you two up to?"  He asked, a little invasively. "We were just kissing,"  He put his hands up, "it.. might have been a little intense though.."  He bit his lip. Yeosang narrowed his eyes.  "If he's pretending to be a stork to woo you, I'll beat the shit out of him."  He said, not hesitating to make the threat. "Stork school wouldn't let that fly, you know that."  Seungkwan said seriously.  "It was just an accident, I'm sure of it."  He said. Jeonghan folded his arms.  "If he starts treating you worse than Jongho, we need to talk to his parents."  He said seriously.  "I know he's going through emotional stress over this, but I also don't want you hurt accidentally."  He continued as he chomped on his dumpling. Seungkwan nodded.  "I think everything will be just fine if we get Jongho out of the picture.."  He said confidently.  "Anyway, there's something else going on.."  He muttered. Seungcheol looked at the diva.  "What's up?" He asked, seeing Seungkwan become nervous. "Sungmin just announced that we're performing in New York and that we leave on Monday."  Seungkwan blurted out.  "I, the rest of the music class, and the teachers are going."  He said as he looked at Seokmin. Seokmin widened his eyes.  "What?  New York?  I thought we were supposed to be performing at the stadium a few blocks from here."  He said, pointing the general direction. "Kyuhyun was surprised that Sungmin didn't tell us earlier.."  Seungkwan said before sighing.  "But we need to get our passports tomorrow."  He looked at Seungcheol. The parent ran a hand through his hair.  "They close before I wake up, and I'm still dead tired."  Seungcheol said.  "Sungjae, do you think you could help me?"  He called on the boy who would probably know how to handle things. The boy widened his eyes.  "I uh.. yes, I'll get you the paperwork and have their pictures taken."  He said with a small bow. "Wow.. New York.."  Seokmin sat back with a dreamy expression.  "Vernon would be stoked to go there."  He commented."While you two are out tomorrow, Jae will help me pack your things."  Jeonghan said, getting a raised eyebrow from the mentioned boy. "Really?  Why me?"  He asked. Jeonghan shrugged.  "Fine, watch the kids while I pack their things."  He said, some annoyance in his tone. Jaemin's eyes then trail to the baby at the table.  Yeosang has Hyunjae in one arm as he's eating with the other hand.  "Aw, Hyunjae's so cute though,"  He commented, "can I hold him, please?"  He asked, a little begging in his pressed-together hands. Woozi tilted his head.  "Get your own baby."  He said, obviously having an upset glare at the boy. Jaemin pouted and folded his arms.  "Maybe I can bother the girls then.."  He muttered. "You stay away from my girls.  They're sleeping."  Nana said with a raised fork. The table turns silent to the usually-silent girl.  She looked at all of them before looking down at her food once more.  Jeonghan smirked and patted Jaemin's shoulder. "Don't worry, you can play with them tomorrow."  He said.  "You should be working at a daycare instead of going into law."  He commented. Joshua looked at Jaemin with a glare that said that they weren't having children any time soon.  Jaemin shrugged.  "I dunno, I guess I just miss WanEr.."  He muttered as he played with his food. "Take a trip to your house and bring her over here,"  Jeonghan started, "then you can play with her and the babies."  He continued, getting an interested glare from Seungcheol. Jaemin had a big smile.  "Should I?  Really?"  He asked.  "Oh that would be so fun.  Maybe Renjun can be there too. He doesn't work on Sunday, right?"  He asked, looking at Dino. Dino furrowed his eyebrows and shrugged.  "He's busy.. He hasn't texted me today."  He said. "Well leave him a message saying that we'll be having fun tomorrow and he can come by if he wants to."  Jeonghan said. Seungcheol leaned closer to tuck some hair behind Jeonghan's ear.  The younger smiled at him and put his hand under the table for the older to hold.  It was a little, romantic act.  But nonetheless, it got them into blushing a little. "Okay."  Dino said, taking his phone out. "Vernon should be here Monday, he said."  Jeonghan remembered.  "And Hoshi said that he's going to come down here next weekend since things are starting to even out in Seoul."  He continued. Seungkwan hummed.  "When I'm leaving, he's coming back.  Isn't that the most marvelous thing?"  He asked a little sarcastically. "At least you get to go out with your boyfriend in a beautiful city."  Joshua said, finishing his meal.  "When you're not performing, you two can take a walk along the beach or have a quiet dinner not around Jongho.."  He trailed. Seungkwan blushed a little.  "Yeah.." "Meanwhile, I'm not going to see my crow for a week.  And this time it's me who's going out of the country."  Seokmin smiled sadly. Sungjae smiled charmingly at him.  "I'll make sure your arrival is beautiful then, just like you."  He said, a small kissing motion following after. Seokmin blushed, meanwhile Woozi looked at them with a disgusted face.  "Cheesy.."  He muttered. Mingyu stood up with his plate.  "I'm going to be out all day tomorrow, but I'll have a roast cooking on the counter."  He said.  "Don't play with it."  He looked at the children at the table. "We won't play with it!"  Jeonghan whined. "I know not to touch hot things.."  Jaemin folded his arms. Yeosang smirked.  "I guess I don't.."  He said, looking at Woozi's reaction. "Our kid is right here,"  Woozi pointed, "hush." Mingyu sighed.  "I'll be back home in time to feed you kids, so just don't touch it."  He said, putting his dishes away and starting to wash the pots. Jeonghan looked at Jaemin.  "I'm not a kid.." He muttered. "Me neither.."  Jaemin had the same mutter. Joshua tilted his head.  "Look at you two, you're basically a mirror."  He said, looking at Jaemin with a teasing smile. "I'm not a kid!"  They both said with the same tone. Wonwoo smirked and stood up.  "Sounds like two Renjuns to me." He said, putting his and Nana's dishes away. Dino's narrowed eyes went unnoticed by the emo child.  "Anyway,"  Jeonghan showed his plate to the boy in front of him, "we'll take care of things while you two are out getting your stuff.  Have fun and be careful."  He said, looking at the boys. Jaemin rolled his eyes and took care of Jeonghan's dishes.  "Sungjae is in charge, so I better not hear that you two are giving him any trouble."  He said, looking at Seungkwan mostly. Seungkwan huffed.  "I wouldn't give any trouble.."  He muttered.  "Chenle will probably be tagging along."  He said. "Chenle?"  Sungjae asked. "My old martial art's partner."  Jun answered.  "He's easy to handle, don't worry."  He waved. Sungjae smirked.  "I'll take your word.  He's a stork kid?"  He asked. "Yeah.. And he helped take care of Seungkwan on his first day."  He mentioned, looking at the diva. "Could you guys stop bringing that up?" Seungkwan laughed a little.  "I don't know why it aggravates me, but it does."  He said, clenching his fists. Jeonghan stood up and stretched.  "Well it's bed time for me." He said.  "See you in the morning, Cheol."  He said, kissing the man's lips. "Good night." Seungcheol kissed back before watching his boy disappear out of the kitchen.  Yeosang smirked. "I'm going to give Woozi a good night.."  He said, pushing his blonde hair back. Jaemin narrowed his eyes.  "No one asked."  He said. "No one needs to ask to know that I'm good at giving my Woozi some love."  Yeosang said with a proud tone. Jaemin shook his head.  "You're going to keep talking about your skills even when your kid is old enough to understand, aren't you?"  He muttered with a disappointed expression. "It's important for him to know how well he and siblings were made,"  Yeosang said, "so that he can carry the skill to his relationship."  Woozi hummed with a small nod.  "It's how stork kids are, we plan generations in advance.."  He said.  "I'm still going to be getting done right when I see my grandchild."  He continued with a smirk. "Hell yeah."  Yeosang didn't hesitate. Jaemin just shook his head, the same thing Seungcheol did.

Surprise!  They're going out of country! *claps*

Seonghwa, Chenle, and Jongho used to be pretty good friends, it sounds like.

Chenle was featured many chapters ago when Seungkwan was first introduced.

He was the kid that came to the door when Seungcheol thought that he had a kid.

Meanwhile Yeosang..
