Chapter Fifty-six (1/1)

Saturday comes by, making it the day everyone stays home, aside from Joshua.  Jeonghan taps on his chin as he thinks about what to do today.  His attention goes to Wonwoo who came down in going-out clothes.  He stands up from the couch and walks to the front door where Wonwoo is putting his shoes on. "What's up?"  Jeonghan asked. Don't be too nervous.  "My study partner and I are going to the library for a project we're working on."  Wonwoo answered. Jeonghan raised an eyebrow, the exact reaction Wonwoo was looking for.  Wonwoo coughed a bit and finished tying his shoes.  "I'll be back at three o'clock.  Mingyu said he wants an assistant for dinner, so I'll help."  He explained. Jeonghan hummed.  "Mingyu wants to do dinner?  I guess he's culinary side is coming out."  He folded his arms.  "Text me when you're on your way.  Be nice to her and don't overstep.  I don't want you getting into trouble being with a girl who's not yours."  He said. Wonwoo smiled and waved it off.  "We're friends, don't worry."  He assured.  "He's a really nice guy, he's taking care of her." Jeonghan raised his eyebrow once more.  "So what's he doing skipping an appointment to the obstetrician?"  He asked. "He was just busy.."  Wonwoo looked to the side. Jeonghan's strong stance faltered a bit.  He looked at the child and gave a concerned hum.  "Is there something you want to tell me, Wonwoo?"  He asked. Wonwoo looked Jeonghan's way.  Not yet..  He shook his head.  "Nope."  He smiled.  "Oh!  But I meant to spread some gossip I heard."  He snapped his finger. "Gossip?  Last time I checked, Seungkwan is still sleeping."  Jeonghan chuckled. Wonwoo nodded.  "Jae's going to quit his job at the spa to work full-time at the cafe after semester break."  He informed.  "He's still saving up for law school."  He included.  "Anyway, see you later."  He bowed and left through the front door. Jeonghan slowly made his way back to the couch and folded his arms.  What to do now..  He closed his eyes.  He opened his eyes once more when he heard a child come down the stairs.  Of all kids, it was the child in the house entering the room.Jeonghan smiled at Dino and patted the seat next to him.  The smiling child happily sat beside Jeonghan and put his head in the parent's side.  "What is it you want to study in, Dino?  You haven't told me yet."  He played with Dino's hair. "I like dancing.."  Dino smiled.  "But I'm leaning more towards the sweets."  He giggled. "Sweets?"  Jeonghan let the other snuggle closer with a smile. Dino hummed happily.  "I like grandma Choi's cooking.  I want to make tasty sweets like her."  He answered.  "Maybe grandma can teach me how she makes them so good." Jeonghan chuckled.  "She puts love in them, that's the secret."  He patted the boy's shoulder, signaling that Dino can put his head in Jeonghan's lap. The teenager obeyed and looked up at Jeonghan.  "Can I do that, Daddy?  Can I learn how to bake?"  He asked politely. "I'll talk to Daddy-Cheol about it."  He promised.  "I can just imagine it now.  Mingyu and Dino's Culinary Specials."  He came up with a title with a laugh.  "On one side, you can order lasagna and the other side you can order a triple fudge cake."   Dino laughed along and clapped.  "A full meal, don't you think?  Families can come in and enjoy a full meal with each other."  He commented. Jeonghan smiled and his heart beated like crazy.  "Then that's what you'll get, Dino."  He said, playing with the child's hair.  "I wonder how studying is going for Wonwoo.. do you think he's stressing too much?"  He suddenly asked. Dino pouted.  "Maybe without having a study partner.. but he seems less stressed with her."  Dino commented.  "I like seeing them together."  He gave his opinion. Jeonghan raised an eyebrow.  "She's got a boyfriend you know."  He slightly chuckled. Dino hummed, knowing what to reply with.  "What if he's the boyfriend?"  He asked, looking curious in his acting. Jeonghan purses his lips before pouting.  "It's crossed my mind.. it would make sense if he was.."  Jeonghan said.  "Of course he would be okay with Wonwoo going with the study partner if he is the boyfriend."  He reasoned aloud. Dino nodded.  "It would.. do you think it's like that?"  He asked once more. "I kind of do.. but that's his choice to tell us."  He sighed.  "If he wants to keep it a secret, that's his business.."  He said sadly. "I'm just not old enough to be a grandpa.. I just turned twenty-four."  He chuckled.  "But technically I had you guys when I was nineteen.. it's not impossible for twenty-two-year-old Wonwoo to have a child.." Dino nodded and giggled.  "I would be called Uncle Dino.  Finally someone I'm older than."  His eyes turned to crescents. Jeonghan chuckled.  "For the last three months, Wonwoo has been a bit distant.."  He realized. "I met her once,"  Dino mentioned, "she's cute and totally like Wonwoo."  He chuckled.  "You'd think they're siblings." Jeonghan laughed along.  "Maybe I should meet her too then.  If nothing else, I'd like to give her a good meal for keeping my Wonwoo company."  He smiled while letting Dino lay him down. Bingo, Dino thought.  "Maybe I'll ask Wonwoo to mention it to her then."  He said. "Yes, please do that.  Maybe she can come to the Christmas party."  He agreed. "Hm.. she's a really shy girl.  Maybe it should be a different occasion."  Dino suggested, earning a nod from the parent. Jeonghan closed his eyes once more.  "Daddy-Cheol has work late tonight and will come home after breakfast.  So you guys will need to be quiet while he sleeps tomorrow afternoon."  He brought up. "Why so late?"  Dino pouted. "They just merged with a company that is in a different time zone."  Jeonghan replied.  "So he needs to do it like this every Saturday and Sunday."  He informed.  "Would you tell the other kids that too?"  He requested. Dino nodded and yawned.  "Word will get spread quickly if I tell just Seungkwan."  He joked, making Jeonghan laugh. "Good boy."  He patted Dino's head. *** Woozi looked around and spotted Yeosang outside a building.  He looked at his watch, knowing that it’s their hour-long lunch break.  Deciding to skip lunch, however, Woozi walks up to the male. No one was around, which was perfect.  Yeosang looked at the shorter with a questioned expression. “I want to talk to you, if that’s okay.”  Woozi said, looking around. “Sure, lead the way.”  Yeosang allowed. Woozi walked to the younger’s vehicle and they sat down in the back.  Woozi wanted to tell him; he wanted to invite him to the Christmas party.  What if he wants to spend it with his mother, though?  He fidgeted with his fingers nervously. Yeosang notices the other’s uneasiness.  He held the older’s hands and looked at him with a softer expression.  “It’s okay, you don’t have to talk.”  He said, putting their lips together. Woozi couldn’t deny wanting to make out with the younger.  Yeosang’s choice of tight pants had him red-faced all day.  Even while talking with his classmates, his mind always drifted - or maybe it was his eyes - to Yeosang’s thick thighs and member poking out. Couple that with his sleeveless shirt, and Woozi’s had a half-erection for a couple hours.  Yeosang knows, he can tell.  He forced his way into Woozi’s mouth, not that he would be denied if he asked anyway.  Woozi let the male push him down on the seat, moaning when their clothed hips connect.  He begged for the air to come back in his lungs as Yeosang’s lips traveled further down.  Once again, Woozi’s torso gets claimed by the crow with the sharp beak; marked proudly, showing the world he’s taken.  What surprised Woozi was that Yeosang didn’t stop there. He pulled Woozi’s zipper down, taking the older’s member in his hand.  “Yeo-Yeosang!”  Woozi gasped when he felt the other’s hot mouth take his dick.

He clenched anything he could as his hips shudder.  The man’s mouth was sucking quickly; hollowing out and bobbing as if he’s desperate for Woozi’s release.  “Yeosang~”  Woozi sang loudly, taking a handful of that dark, red hair in his hand.  Yeosang licked his lips when the older came.  He sat up and put Woozi back inside, closing his pants after.  He towered over Woozi and looked into his eyes. “Yeosang.. Why..?”  He didn’t know what question he wanted to ask. Yeosang put his head in the older’s neck, giving a relaxed sigh.  “Seeing you trying to hide it.. Something made me want it..”  He said, referring to Woozi’s erection. Woozi hummed and closed his eyes.  “I feel.. Like we just had sex..”  He chuckled. Yeosang chuckled and got closer.  “I want to cuddle..”  He muttered.

Woozi played with the boy’s hair, thinking back on why he’s in here.  “What are you doing for Christmas?”  He asked.  “My dad wants you to come to meet him.” “Seungcheol?”  Yeosang asked. “No, Jeonghan.”  Woozi corrected.  “He wants to meet you.. He guesses we’re dating.”  He chuckled.

Yeosang nuzzled his head a little more.  “My mom’s going home to visit her parents.  I’ll ask if I can stay here with you.”  He answered.  “I think it’d make mom relax..” Woozi hummed, knowing that Yeosang could be a handful to take care of while traveling with him.  “Then I’ll tell Jeonghan that..”  He muttered.  “Can we stay like this until class starts up?”  He requested. “I’d love to.. I.. I love you, Woozi.”  He said, kissing the older’s lips.

Woozi put his arms around Yeosang’s neck, pulling him closer in the kiss. "Next time," Woozi pulled back, "I'll pleasure you." He promised. "I want you to know how loved you made me feel." He said happily.

Yeosang chuckled and put their foreheads together. "Look at us, we're sounding like storks." He said, giving little kisses on Woozi's lips and cheeks. "Can I be honest?" Woozi asked, receiving a hum. "I love it." Yeosang blushed. "I.. love it too.. I love you." He said nervously. They sit up slowly, looking around. They exit the vehicle and go their separate ways. Even though Woozi's stomach is growling loudly, he can't help but think it was all worth it. It was worth not eating to be with Yeosang. Jeonghan tells stories about him and Seungcheol skipping meals while taking care of us back in the day. He said it was worth skipping the meals for us to grow up healthy and happy.. Maybe it's all worth it to skip a meal to grow in our relationship. Woozi thought, slightly hugging himself while walking into his building. We were so close.. I could feel his heart beating with mine- it.. He stopped as he sat down next to Seokmin. I'm in love.. He held his chest. "Hey," Seokmin poked the older, "did you just come back from you know who?" He asked, not wanting to draw attention to Woozi's followers who think Woozi despises Yeosang. Woozi nodded. "He said yes." He summarized. Seokmin nodded and scratched his neck. "I wish I could invite Sungjae.. But I don't even know his home phone.." He sighed. Woozi wanted to scream and shout that Sunjgae is no good for Seokmin; he wanted to say that he was the only crow that mattered in Seokmin's life. However, he put a hand on Seokmin's shoulder instead, offering a look of understanding. "You'll be together someday, just be patient." He said to not only Seokmin, but to himself. "It takes a lot to be patient, believe me, I know it. But when the time is right.." He slowly looked toward one of the windows of his class to see Yeosang's blue-contact-eyes peeping at him. "You'll be glad you waited." Woozi finished.

Seokmin looked down and nodded. "Thanks, Hyung.." He bowed slightly. *** Wonwoo entered the study room quietly and sat across the table from the girl. He took out his books and then his notebook. He placed the pen down and then took out some pickles. "You said you wanted room temperature pickles, right?" He asked with a smile. Nana giggled and nodded. She watched him take out a plate along with a fork. He then showed his strength by popping the jar open. Taking a few out, he put them on the plate and gave her the fork. She blushed and looked down. "You don't have to pamper me so much, you know." She mentioned as she turned the page in her textbook. "I know," Wonwoo started, "but I want to. I'm going to ask my professor if I can do any tutoring jobs for when I go home. Like over the internet tutoring." He explained. "Just so I can buy some stuff for you. Like pickles and medicine." He smiled. Nana put the fork down and put her hands in her lap. "Wonwoo," She started, "do you really love me?" She asked. Wonwoo's smile didn't falter. However, he moved closer to her. "I do." He said. "If you were a man, we would be having a stork baby. Not a crow." He compared. She nodded, understanding what he meant. He'd been teaching her about storks, crows, and the sort. She held her small stomach and sighed. "I know it's a little selfish or maybe too sudden.. but when will we get married?" She asked. That's when Wonwoo's smile fades. "Well.." He traced circles on the table. "I.." He didn't know what to say. "It's not that I don't want to." He said, putting his hands up. "Are you afraid?" She asked. "No, no.. Maybe.." He held his chin. "But not for the reason you're thinking." He continued. The look in her eyes told him to continue. "You haven't met Jeonghan yet and I want to ask him if I can marry you." He said. "I know I shouldn't give you this impression of Jeonghan, but he gets really mad sometimes and it's scary." She raised her eyebrows. "But.." "But once you two meet, he accepts you, and all of that.. I want to pick the right time." He said, his smile coming back. "I've thought about it a lot, so don't even think that it's never crossed my mind." He waved his finger teasingly. She blushed and nodded. "Okay.." "I don't know what the future will bring to us, but just know that it'll always be us. I'm not abandoning you." He promised. "Jeonghan ran away from home to be with Seungcheol because grandma didn't accept Seungcheol. If that's what it takes.. I'll make sure to keep you and our little one healthy." Nana wiped a tear that was slowly appearing. "You.. really mean it?" She asked. Wonwoo nodded and leaned over the table, kissing her forehead. "It's a Choi promise," He held his heart, "and Seungcheol never gave up. Even if he worked until three in the morning, he made sure we were taken care of. I'll take care of you." He said. Nana blushed. "It means so much to me.." Her emotions were getting to her, she could feel it. "I'm so lonely in the morning." She admitted. "I'm so sorry." He went on her side to hug her. "Call me in the mornings, I want to talk to you." He kissed her cheek. She held him closer, breathing in and out at a fast pace. After a few minutes, she calmed down and they began to study like they should have been doing. Wonwoo doesn't mind sacrificing ten minutes, or even a whole day, of studying just to make her feel loved and comfortable. Love is worth its sacrifices.
