As much as you love Park Gyu Ri, you have to admit; her ideas scare you at times.She leaned in to whisper something into your ear. Your expression changed as you listened carefully to her suggestion.“Are you sure that’s going to work?”She gave you her famous confident smile.“You will know if a guy loves you when he’s being jealous because of you.”You nodded thoughtfully at the new plan Gyu Ri had just came up with.“But...Do you think Ki Bum will agree to this?”“Hyo Jin, just leave the rest up to me.” “I don’t know what I was thinking or how Gyu Ri managed to talk me into this but let’s just do this and get it over with quickly,” Ki Bum rushed his words until you weren’t sure if you were hearing the right things.“Oookaaay. Are you sure?”“One more time. You ask me one more time Hyo Jin, I’m going to pretend I know nothing about this,” he glanced sideways at you.“Alright!” I held up my hands. “So, let’s go to my house now?”He jumped back startled.“Why do we need to go to your house?”“Ki Bum. We can formally ‘introduce’ ourselves to the rest of them,” you pulled at his arm.“Excited about this aren’t you?” he gave you a sly smile.“Ugh. The things I have to put up with!” “Hyo Jin, your house is pretty cool,” Ki Bum said as he took a look around your huge house.“Eh? Thanks. But my parents are rarely at home. Come on. They’re all probably lazing around in the living room.”You started to pull Ki Bum towards the living room when suddenly you were stopped by your older sister.“Unnie,” you stopped short. “I didn’t think you’d be at home.”CL, as she liked to be called, peered curiously at both you and Ki Bum who were apparently holding hands.Immediately you let go of his hands like they were on fire.“Nay,” she said slowly. “I’m going out soon. Who is he?”“Oh. Unnie, this is Kim Ki Bum. My...” you tried but the words somehow got stuck in your throat.“Boyfriend,” Ki Bum finished it for you as he held out his hand.CL gave it a firm shake.“Didn’t know you were dating anyone Hyo Jin,” she raised an eyebrow at you.“I’m new,” Ki Bum said confidently.She nodded slowly at him; as if she was trying to process the new information.“Right. Well, have fun you guys. I’ve got to go now. Oh by the way, the rest of them are in the living room. Have you guys eaten?”“Nay. Unnie, is Ji Yong in?” you tried to appear nonchalant about it but he had to be there. He was the reason for the whole plan.“That boy? Oh yes. He is. Dara’s with him too. Okay, see you later.”You gritted your teeth hard when you heard Sandara was there with him too. Why oh why did she have to be everywhere he was nowadays?“Hyo Jin,” Ki Bum nudged you. “Are you okay?”“I’m fine. Let’s just go find the rest.” “Wow. Look who’s here. Hyo Jin, who is that?” Sung Min asked you as you appeared together with Ki Bum at your side.Simultaneously, 4 pair of eyes turned their attention towards you.You couldn’t help but noticed Ji Yong’s curious eyes were piercing right into yours; waiting for answers.He was looking at you almost accusingly, like he was warning you to better choose your next few words carefully.Were those hints of jealousy?You took in a deep breath before forcing a smile on your face.“Guys, let me introduce to you; this is Kim Ki Bum...my boyfriend,” you had managed to get the words out this time round.You said it out firmly; you wanted Ji Yong to believe it. You wanted reactions from him.“Annyeong,” Ki Bum said. “It’s a pleasure to meet Hyo Jin’s family. She’s told me much about you guys.”“Really?” Tae Min asked wide-eyed. “Noona, what did you tell hyung about me?”“Good things,” Ki Bum assured him.Sung Min gaped at you, probably wondering if you were telling the truth.Of course, they could see right through you. They know the feelings you have for Ji Yong. The only person oblivious to the whole thing; was of course Ji Yong himself.You were afraid but you finally stole a glance at him.You expected him to walk out of the room without saying anything or hurled all kinds of questions at you but to your disappointment; he just smiled coolly at you. “Nice one Hyo Jin. I’m happy for you. We all are, aren’t we guys?” he asked.Sung Min and Tae Min exchanged looks with one another and shrugged.To make matters worse, Dara grinned widely at you as she scooted closer to Ji Yong and continued to talk to him.Great.
