Lee Eunji knew better than to pick up the phone. She didnt want to hear his desperate pleas for her to return to his side. They were over, and she knew it. Suddenly her cell phone ceased to ring and she perked up in interest. Had he given up already? An unfamiliar ring sounded through her apartment and this time, it wasnt her cell phone. She cautiously picked up her home phone and bit her bottom lip. Who would call her on her home phone? She rarely used it and people knew they should call her cell phone rather than home phone. But curiosity got the better of her and she answered it hesitantly. "Hello?" She whispered carefully.No one answered on the other line, but a small section of a recorded song began to play. Chills crawled up her spine and she struggled to find her voice again. When the blazing sun is gone,When the nothing shines upon,Though I know not what you are,Twinkle, twinkle, little star. "Ive found you." ForewordThis is my first attempt with horror/thriller/mystery and I have to say, I failed horribly. Since its a oneshot, I had to write lots and skipped over certain details.
