This is the first time Jimin is going away so far from home. She is currently living in California, but has enrolled herself in a University in South Korea. She decided to move away since she wants to challenge herself and her capability of living without the help of her family. She never really had the typical "teen" life. She was always up to making new friends, but her shyness always takes over her. Due to her shyness, many people thought she was just arrogant so they never really talked to her.
