A little girls voice filled the empty house with her song.She tip-toed on a wooden chair. Her small little hand pushed against the cold glass.  She watched the raindrops splashing against the window. The flashing street light on the curb captured her attentions. "Dara. What are you doing?" A women walked in the room with a comb in her hand.  "Nothing, Mother. I am just thinking." The little girl responded maturely. Her mother laughed lightly at her daughters seriousness.  "Well. My princess, what seems to be bothering you?" She stroked her daughters black shiny hair. "Everything. The rain, father and the butterflies. The street lights. Its lonely. I want to play just like others." The little girl had knitted her eyebrows together. She is still holding grudge on her mother for letting her make friends of her age. The smile on her mothers face was gone.   "Honey." The women turned her baby girl away from the window. "Because we are different. They are human and we are ..." She hesitated with her words, then carefully she adjust her explanation.  "We are from a different world." "You always say that." Her daughter crossed her small arms together and stuck out her bottom lips.  "I will tell you more when you are older." The women lighted up with a smile again. "Now, lets go for a bedtime story." Her daughter forgive her right after the word story.  "Promise you will tell me!"
