ForewordKnock, knock! “Jessica Wake up!?” The sound of my mothers voice early in the morning is the one thing I would not like to hear on my first day of summer. I groan. My mom opens my door and walks over to my window to open my shades“Jessica come on, get out of bed. It’s a nice day outside.”, It’s so bright I thought to myself. As I pulled the covers over my face I said “Eomma!” “What?!” “I don’t want to get up Im so comfortable.” I rolled on my side and curled into a ball. “Aigoo! Jessica get up we have things to do today.” My mother gave me a tap on my butt and walked out of my room.It wasn’t long until my little sister was in my room rummaging through my stuff . I sat up on my bed rubbing my eyes. “ What are you looking for?”  My little sister is not that younger then me but she looks older than me. It only because she is taller and has better features than I do. “I’m Looking for the  perfume you bought the other day.” She holds up ever perfume on my dresser to her nose and starts smelling them all to see if she found the right one. “ Sammy here!” I handed her the perfume she was looking for. “Oh thanks!” “Why do you need it?” “I’m going to the mall with some of my friends, Thanks.” She sprays her self and walks out of my room. I walked over to my window to close my shades.After I got ready I went downstairs, I made myself breakfast and walked outside to get the mail. As I shuffled through the mail I found the one thing i have been waiting for all year long. I sat down on my porch and put the rest of the mail next to me and started to open the letter. “ Dear Jessica, We are proud to send this letter out to you saying that we are impressed in your audition to join FNC Entertainment. We would like to invite you to come to South Korea to become our new trainee.” “What you looking at?” Sammy said as she was walking out the house to leave. I handed her the letter still stunned from what i just read. “NO WAY! MOM,MOM, MOM!”  “SAMMY you dont have to scream.” I yelled. “Of Course I have to, this is big news!! MOM!” My mom came running out the house while Sammy is still screaming “What, What happened?!” Sammy handed her the letter and they both started to scream and jump up and down with joy. My mom bent down and hugged me “Honey You Got Accepted! This is Great!” She gave me a kiss and a hug and helped me up from the porch. “I can’t believe it took them a whole year, I was starting to doubt myself. I really thought I wouldn’t make it. “Well No more worrying honey because you got accepted; we should celebrate, who’s up for ice cream?” “ME! Let me just tell my friends that I cant hang out today.” Sammy took her phone out and started to text her friends and went into the car. “Let me grab my purse and keys and we can go.” My mom pat my hair and walked back into the house to grab her things. I looked at the letter in excitement and looked in the envelope. There was a plane ticket to South Korea. It was dated for a month from this day, I didnt know what to do. One thing I know is that im happy I get to spend it with my family “COME ON LETS GO!” Sammy was screaming from the car window. “Ok Im coming!” My mom said behind me while she was locking the house door “Come on lets go.” My mom put her arm around my shoulder and we started to walk to the car.
