Traitor
They say she was a traitor to her own kind, but she didnt have a choice. Foreword“Be quiet,” she whispered aggressively to the young girl. “I can hear them coming! Keep your mouth shut!” The two girls were crouched together, tightly packed in the space between the small bed and wall. The moon provided the only light to see, covering all their belongings in a dark gray hue. Every time glass shattered the youngest winced slightly while the oldest peered above the younger’s head, her wide eyes locked onto the doors. It flew open with a bang and the girls pushed back into the wall. A man strolled in with a young boy by his feet. “Are you watching your father boy? I am finally getting rid of these pests, of these vermin.” The man spat. “ I don’t want a single living creature left in this pack house.”
