Chanyeols afraid for the both of them as well as the image of EXO. It wouldve been fine the way it was, and Baekhyun understands Chanyeols intentions (maybe), but the promise to hide only allows their relationship to spiral downwards instead.  a/n: this is one of the only few almost completed fics that i ever wrote that are longer than 1 or 2k. i suck at writing long fics u__u tbh this is like my baby because this is the longest baekyeol i have ever worked on, the past few being drabbles or sj fics. hopefully its not too disappointing. i actly posted this prompt on exopromptmeme @lj but bc im such an ass and hv nth better to do i filled it myself. i think i disappointed myself orz. its technically a one shot but im putting it up in parts so that i can upload slowly and edit slowly as well >
