I promise
Alright so, Ive read a few short stories and mustered up the strength to actually write on that made sense somehow. Its all mushy and gushy and painful in all the right places. You guys like that right? At least Id like to think you do. Heh. So without further patience on your part, I present to you "I promise"....for lack of a better title. Foreword “Make it stop” she whimpered through the pain, “It hurts, make it stop.”. Tears pooled at the edge of her eyes. The pain was spreading, coursing through her like fire as she struggled against her restraints. “Shh.” He was in her ear, “A little bit longer baby, don’t worry.” His voice was smooth dripping with honey as he moved a strand of hair from her forehead. Beads of sweat ran down her half naked body. She wanted to cry, but the pain was paralyzing her brain, “I- please” her throat was dry, everything was hurting. Her fingers prickled , her lungs screamed for air, her heart rate increased as the pain became more and more real. Her body couldn’t take. He watched her, eyes shut in agony, tears silently running down her cheek. If he touched her, he would hurt her, more than she was already hurting. There was nothing he could do, “Soon baby.” He whispered in her ear. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Authors note:After writing this, I spent a good amount of time trying to bring an identity to the girl. Using pronouns constantly was just getting so boring and repetitive. However I ultimately decided to keep her just that... a "her". She could be anyone, and everyone, she could be you, if you so choose. Id like the reader to feel comfortable with the story, so if I set a specific character, not everyone would like the pairing. And frankly, this story is too short to create a brand new character, complete with an image a voice and a personality. Secretly, I pictured a certain "baddest female" but maybe because I was listening to a specific song at the time this was written.
