Perhaps even falling in love.But Haneul University holds a dark secret and soon Mina finds herself to be one of the chosen few to fight in battles that will determine the fate of the world. THE CAST  (profiles will slowly be updated)Minatozaki Mina: Formerly Myoui Mina. A quiet yet resolute girl who has a penchant for knitting, superheroes, and video games. Sanas adoptive sister. Mina lost her parents at a young age to a plane crash while they were on a business trip and was adopted into the Minatozaki family who were close friends with the Myouis. She harbors guilt inside herself for being the cause of Sanas respiratory problems when she convinced Sana to explore an abandoned building with her when they were children and the building became the target of local pyromaniac.Minatozaki Sana: A cheerful and energetic girl despite her frail lungs. Absolutely loves sweets (especially anything fruity), dogs, and Sailor Moon. When they were children, she rescued Mina from a burning building after it was set on fire by a pyromaniac. Sana managed to reduce the amount of smoke Mina inhaled by using a handkerchief she had with her at the cost of her own respiratory health. Years later, the long-term effects of all the smoke she inhaled began to show and as a result, has her weakened lungs and has difficulty breathing without the help of medication. Sana holds no grudge towards Mina and would willingly repeat the events over and over because she loves her adoptive sister dearly.BamBam: A mysterious boy with stark white hair and reddish eyes whose presence allegedly confirms the existence of The Crimson Star. He claims his purpose is to gather The Princesses, but why?Son Chaeyoung: A small, stern, and aloof girl who infiltrated Haneul University as a student with the help of her best friend, Yerim. Firmly believes the university is harboring a dark secret and is determined to bring the secret to light for her own personal agenda.Chou Tzuyu: A tall, distant girl who has little to say unless there is a reason to speak. She joins Chaeyoung in infiltrating Haneul University as a student, receiving an anonymous tip that her long lost brother resides on the island where the university is.Hirai Momo: A national fencing champion of South Korea despite being of Japanese descent. Formerly a well-known break dancer back in her high school years. Best friends with Jihyo, Jeongyeon, and Nayeon. She has known Jihyo since she was little due to their families being neighbors.Yoo Jeongyeon: A member of Haneul Universitys Beautification Committee. Hardworking in her studies and to the committee but often falls asleep in random places if she doesnt have her three cups of coffee. Often seen as the mother figure in the committee and offers solid advice. Childhood friends with Nayeon.Im Nayeon: The president of Haneul Universitys Beautification Commitee. Has a strong devotion and determination in keeping the campus clean from pollution and littering, planting flowers and trees, and perserving the islands flora. Known to be kind yet very loud and outspoken.Park Jihyo: Member of Haneul Universitys show choir. Part-time member of the Beautification Committee at Nayeons request. Known for her powerful yet smooth vocals and her warm smiles. Thoughtful and caring, she acts as a mediator whenever Nayeon, Jeongyeon, and Momo bicker. She is protective over Momo.Kim Yerim: Chaeyoungs best friend. A prodigy hacker that has continued to hone her skills since she was ten. She infiltrated Haneul University a semester prior to Chaeyoungs arrival at her request to learn more about the universitys origins and to ease Chaeyoungs transition during enrollment. Goes by the pseudonym "Kwon Yeri" as a student and is the librarys main secretary at the help desk.Kim Dahyun: The pianist to Haneul Universitys church choir. A devout Christian and Sanas roommate. She spends most of her time at the church practicing the piano by herself, even doing her homework within the church walls. She rarely returns to the dorm with the only exceptions being to shower and sleep.Son Seungwan (Wendy): The vice-president of the Beautification Committee. Often clashes with Nayeon over the direction of the club and the budget but still respects her decision making in the end. Hates being called by her Korean name. She is Seulgis best friend and very protective over her.Kang Seulgi: The timid, introverted secretary of the Beautification Committee. Keeps track of attendance each meeting and the budget received for each campus project. She does as she is told and never argues back, preferring to stay quiet in the background. She is Wendys best friend.Mark Tuan: A kinesiology major and former B-Boy. Member of the Beautification Committee. Best friends with Jackson. Close with Nayeon and her group of friends. He and Jackson have known Momo since high school back when the three of them were in a dance crew together and danced competitively.Jackson Wang: Former B-Boy turned into an internationally skilled fencer. Best friends with Mark. Trained by the best at Haneul University and is planning to participate in the next Olympics. Took Momo under his wing after her accident and trained her to become the fencer that she is today.Jung Sooyeon: The Headmaster of Haneul University. Part of an organization that works behind the scenes of world affairs dealing with the arrival of the Crimson Star and the one of the people  responsible for gathering the Princesses on campus. Well acquainted with BamBam, though appears she doesnt like him. THE CHILDREN OF THE PRINCESSESHomura: Child of Mina. A gigantic white dragon-like creature with three emerald eyes on each side of its head and wings made out of fire. It has a large dagger pierced right through its mouth from the top of the head but is still able to unhinge its jaws to breathe fire.Haechi: Child of Chaeyoung. A large armored tiger-like creature. Though it may appear blind due to the metal plates over its eyes, its able to detect movement by sensing the air around it using the spikes on its back. The turbine in the center of its chest has strong suction capabilities and shred whatever gets sucked in.Hēiyàoshí: Child of Tzuyu. A massive obsidian claymore with a hilt wrapped with red string. Acts as both Tzuyus Child and Element. Has some sentience as Tzuyu is able to summon the claymore to her by calling its name, regardless of its current whereabouts. Able to summon stone pillars when piercing the ground. ForewordThis fic is heavily inspired by an anime that I will not name until the turning point of the story in order to avoid spoilers. However, if you do want to know what the anime is, message me privately and I will tell you. The story of this fic will differ and stray from the anime however the core concepts will still remain.Please note that this fic is heavily plot-based.
