Seulgi is struggling to improve her English skills and one day, she comes across an ad on the bulletin board at her college. Wendy, a Canadian student who was raised by korean parents but hadnt learnt their parents language, is looking for a language exchange during the year she will spend in Seoul. After sharing some e-mails, they agree to meet at a cafeteria every Wednesday afternoon. They soon find out that they are both writers and, in order to keep improving their language skills, they share what they have writen. They get so lost in each others words that they dont realize that they are slowly falling for each other and what the characters in their stories are doing is what they secretly wished they would be doing together - holding hands, cuddling on the couch, kissing.
