Police Chief Park Leeteuk of the Forensic Investigation Division has seen a lot of odd cases in his time, but none quite like this. When the bodies of young women begin turning up, all murdered in the same fasion, he suspects hes got a serial killer on his hands. There are two types of serial killers: the ones who plan their crimes, and the ones who dont. The ones who dont are often impulsive and leave all sorts of clues scattered about the crime scene, clues that make it easy for the police to track the killer. Needless to say, its the ones who plan their crimes that are the more dangerous.  ForewordI first came up with this idea when I was learning about lobotomies in a psych class. For those of you who dont know what a lobotomy is, its a procedure that cuts up the prefrontal cortex in an attempt to cure mental illness. As you can probably guess, it doesnt work very well. This is my first attempt at writing a crime/mystery fic. I welcome all of you to attempt to guess who the killer is.
