After falling off Monte Rosa, a mountain in Switzerland during a vacation with her elder brother, Song Jihyo has been in a coma for 6 months. Doctors have studied and reported that the reason she refuses to wake up is because of this "Secret Garden" she have recently been visiting since the day of the accident.
