That’s no longer a secret about his crush toward that werewolf but he’s a bit dense so he couldn’t understand the signal Heechul’s send for him. Heechul starts to feel desperate and although love potion not the solution for his problem but at least love potion was the attempt to catch the werewolf attention. Sadly, werewolf along with vampire and few other creatures were immune of love potion, no matter how strong the love potion is, they wont affected. Centaur tears were one ingredient that able to break out the immunity of those creatures, but like the book also said, Centaur tears was so hard to get, or at least that one sentence Heechul managed to translate was say so.
