Pushing and pulling patrons between ambiguity and certainty. Keeping one in the dark is a brooding practice, but never have I seen such eyes filled with lavish curiosity. The Circus of Fate is nothing short of that obscure, hankering, and magical feeling. The Circus of Fate abides to endless possibilities one can imagine. Those who come to watch the circus, think, and then inquisitively wish for something perhaps more. . . perilous. Breaking boundaries and altering the fate of the performers. Wishing and "what ifs?" The tightwire artist and aerial performers have a net under them should they ever fall. But what if we were to remove those safety nets? Danger makes a performance much more exhilarating. The contortionist can bend their body into extraordinary positions. Enough to fit in a medium sized glass box where they try to unlock themselves out of. They may not be an escape artist, but wouldnt that be a feat to observe? We push for daring stunts that holds the audiences breath. Enrapture the essence of suspense and potential danger; but no performer was in harm anyways. After all, the performers fate is in your hands so wouldnt you want them to come out alive? I only kid, but let me assure that we are no ordinary circus."— Tristian Cormier, founder of The Circus of Fate, circa 1930  An array of midnight black and rich burgundy tents have arrived in the likes of South Korea. Just for this affair, a patch of land has been reserved to serve as the fair grounds on the outskirts of Seoul city. The circus has gained much hype, since the circus itself claims it is no ordinary circus. Fliers strewn across South Korea claims it is "An event that strikes your every wish, a circus of fate, and a one-of-a-kind magical experience." Exciting isnt it? But youre not one of the many on-lookers who are looking for a thrill. Youre a performer. Patrons rave about how yourre their favorite act, and that your presence was simply magical. A twinkle remains in their eye as they spectate your act in fantastical wonder. As patrons continue to gaze around in awe, theyre oblivious to the true wonders and perhaps, secrets the circus holds. A clandestine energy surges through the propped up tents and circus grounds. Specks of opulent glitter, cascading ribbon streamers, and piquant unhealthy confections are enough to mask the ominous and sinister secrets of the bolstered tents. An onlooker whispers, "I could have sworn she started to fly!" Another curious soul thinks to herself, "Is the animal tamer really having a conversation with that lion?" Of course one skeptical citizen cant forget their visit to the fortune tellers tent. It was like the master of precognition cut them open and took a peak inside their mind, past and events beyond the present. Indeed there is more to the circus than meets the eye. How can a mime provoke a flurry of emotion in a large crowd without uttering a word? Only a select group of people are exposed to the circus secret. Though they are to remain hush, hush on the subject. No one truly knows the obscured origins of the circus, nor do they push for information that can land them in trouble. So, they turn the other cheek and continue with their purpose that joined them with the circus in the first place. This year, theres a new attraction melded with the circus. Fate this century has decided to make a show. Its an experience no one can miss, affecting the lives of several souls who are intertwined with the circus serendipity. To enter you must remember: I.
