Has had some jealousy and animosity built up toward Hyunae when they were younger because of his dads adoration toward her. His hatred grew the day his dad died in a car accident in which he believed wouldnt have happened if it wasnt for Hyunae. His mom had taken her in when her parents had also died in the crash. He cared for and loved his mom like she was the most precious jewel on this earth. He did whatever he could to be a filial son to his widowed mother. But one wish that he could never grant of his mothers was giving forgiveness to the girl they had to take under their wing.Park Hyunae: Gentle and caring, she was extremely timid and shy. Despite sensing Eunhyuks negative feelings toward her, she still put in efforts to befriend him when they were younger. She had a way of speaking with her eyes which captured the hearts of everyone especially when shed smile at them. Her kindness was pure and genuine always willing to share. After the night of the accident she tried to carry on with life as best as possible, but with the pain of losing her beloved parents and the man who was like a second father to her, along with the guilt of feeling she was the cause of it, she vowed herself to give back to Eunhyuk and his mother everything she could in her lifetime as she felt forever indebted to them. Minors:Lilly: Hyunaes Best friend. Hyunae interns for Lillys mom. Strong personality, very protective of Hyunae.Eunmi: The typical mean girl of this story. She hated Hyunae since they were younger for coming off so seemingly sweet an innocent. Everyone loved sweet little Hyunae. When she found out Hyunae lived with Eunhyuk and his mom, this drove her hatred more. After finding out about hyunaes past, she used it against her as a way of getting closer to Eunhyuk by making the the life girl he resented miserable.Mrs. Lee (Auntie): Eunhyuks mother took Hyunae under her wing when both of her parents died that night in the accident. She knew it would have been what her husband would have wanted since the two families have been so close. Although Hyunae feels a great sense of guilt and debt toward her, Mrs. Lee had never once felt any resentment toward Hyunae after the accident, and it breaks her heart seeing Hyunae so unforgiving of herself. She cares for her as if she were her own daughter and would do anything for her. She is thankful to have Hyunae in their lives because she sees the efforts she puts in to do whatever she can to make Eunhyuk and Mrs. Lee live more comfortably. She only hopes that one day Hyunae can see herself as not just a burden to their family, but as true family.
