Jimin is arguably the biggest loser in school - getting bullied on the regular for being good at his studies while having high expectations placed upon him by everyone. Its stressful, tiring and his only solace is in his music which he performs under an alias.Then comes Min Yoongi, the schools notorious bad boy rapper with unyielding passion at what he does, a resting bitch face and even his own fan club, offering to do a collaboration after hearing Jimins performance, not knowing the truth behind his identity. He gets picked on due to his bowl cut(Its specific here because he looks good when he curls it afterwards [BBMAs] but not when its straight like N.O period) and thick specs and is generally invisible in school. Yoongi happens to see one of their performances and falls in love with Jimins voice. He approaches him wanting to collaborate, not knowing that they are from the same school.
