Welcome to Cloud 9.The Cloud 9 Project is a project to connect the modern world with a parallel world. This world also known as The Other currently can only be accessed by 12 subjects. These 12 subjects were born with a specific bloodtype that works with the medication to induce sleep and mentally access The Other. These subjects are known as The Zodiacs and embody the persona accordingly when they access the parallel world.
