Foreword                  Youd always thought that youd wind up in France. Lounging on the patio of some quaint cafe, eating a mouth watering croissant while absently sketching the passersby. Where the men had sexy lilts to their voices, the museums were legendary, and the waiters were snooty if you couldnt pronounce their mother tongue just so.           But youre not.           Instead of sleeping your way across Europe like an elegent 1980s movie star, having lovers named Jacques, Frederic, and maybe even a Marcella --- youre in Korea.          South Korea. Seoul.           Who would have thought youd wind up in Asia of all places? It had surprised your parents, theyd both believed youd head to Paris, like you had always planned. But something had changed after Bae had passed away, youd changed. The two of you had been born to differnet mothers, and lost them in different ways --- yours had been stolen by the fist of one too many abusive boyfriends and his, a story he had never known. Being the only two adopted into a family with three children of their own, the two of you had instantly formed a bond.           Hed always wanted to know what his home country had looked like --- and thats what had started you on this venture to South Korea. You wanted to connect to him, maybe this was the way to do it, and maybe it wasnt. But hed never been able to visit his birth city, and maybe, if he was looking down on you from up above, he could experience a little bit of it as you did.          Youd never imagined meeting a man with a voice that went straight to your womb.           Youd never imagined falling in love.           But you had.          "I really do miss you."          And the asshat had just announced it to the entire world.  Inspired by fakesubz.EDIT (7/2/13):So I completely forgot about this story... whoops!! T-TFortunately though, its completed. I found it all scratched down in one of my notebooks. Now Im editing, and depending on how fast I type it up, I should have it all finished on here by August. ^^The story here will start out in the present, then the following chapter will revert to the past, then back to the present.
